Lovely 12' X 12' deck hosts patio table and chairs, BBQ. Veggies hide under the tall, green fronds of flowers and tall grasses. Grapes grow on vines next to the patio, excellent for eating.

- Pet Friendly : yard not completely fenced. Must be obedience trained and use allocated bathroom area. Owner has pet friendly Cocker Spaniel on property.
- Kid Friendly : Ensure kids mind you well, as this cottage is right on top of a fast moving 8 ft wide creek. No fence! Kids of all ages have been here without incident.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : must have a valid credit card to rent. Prefer renters over age 25.
- Smoking Allowed : outside the cottage only. Must dispose of cigarettes in proper receptacle,. not on grounds.

The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Peaceful and quiet, this country estate in the heart of the city has a creek runs through property. The manor house is for B&B guests; the French Country Cottage is for either BB guests, or Vacation Renters. Secluded hot tub, nut and fruit trees for all guests to enjoy. Beautiful landscaping throughout this 2/3 acre property. Ducks often come to the back door; duck food kept at back door of cottage for ducks to be fed at guests leisure.
