Why the Owner Chose Solana Beach
We've always loved the Beach, so when it came time to look - Solana Beach was a no brainer. We looked for a while cause we wanted to make sure we got the perfect place. We wanted a top unit, and as close to the ocean as possible. Not cheap, but worth it.... We want to keep this condo in the family.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
One of our favorite things to do on Sunday's is to walk on the beach to Posiedon's for Brunch. Also, there's nothing like waking up and sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee and watching the dolphins play in the surf.

Courtney and I met here in San Diego, but soon after moved to the east coast to finish graduate degrees. Always with the intention of coming back as soon as we could. When we finished our obligations we returned, got married and bought this beautiful condo. As it always happens, we out grew it and moved to a larger place.

As Canadians, we decided to head south for some sun and chose the San Diego area. We like Solana Beach because there were lots of choices for reasonably priced oceanfront accomodation that is still close to all major attractions. We were lucky to find this little amazing oceanfront condo that was perfect for our young family. It has been beautifully renovated and has 2 very spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked and the couch in the living room was to die for! Having the patio door open and listening to the waves crash was the highlight. The pool was a quick walk and was fantastic for the kids. They also had a great time on the beach and we could walk to Fletcher's Cove. We mostly dined in, but there were many good restaurants close by. We did go to Poseidon in Del Mar one night which was a fantastic beachfront treat! Had the owners not been away when we arrived, they would have met us upon our arrival to give us a tour of the complex which I thought was a nice touch. They were very quick to respond to emails and very hospitable. Thanks so much, Jesus! We have used VRBO for several vacations and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to spend some time by the beach.
