Pineapple Palms 2, is our new luxury property! PP2 is on Ocean Blvd., across the street from the Ocean. It is extremely spacious (over 3800 sq. ft.) with a huge kitchen, dining, and living area. There are 2 living areas each with a new 52 inch Sony TV and blue ray DVD player and cable box. There is a master on the first floor with a king bed and the master bath (Jacuzzi tub and shower). There is WIFI internet service.
The other bedroom down stairs has 2 double beds and another full bath. Upstairs there is another huge living area. There are 3 King bedrooms upstairs with balconies facing the ocean. There are 3 more bedrooms upstairs one with 2 twin beds and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 bunk beds in each room. We always provide the best linens, cleaning, beach towels and chairs and any baby items that are needed. We provide excellent personal service. We personally own and manage this beautiful Villa! The villa is in an excellent location in the building right at the top of the stairs. There is also a full size elevator. The unit is #202.
North Myrtle Beach is a great family area. It is quiet yet close to all the activities. We are close to the park which has very nice tennis courts and a lake and playground for the children. We are close to Main Street with all the local restaurants and the Shag capital. We are close to the House of Blues and Alligator Adventure which are located at Barefoot Landing. We are very close to the Inlets to the Ocean so there is easy access to fishing, boating, jet ski rentals etc... There is parasailing on the beach at 17th Ave. South (just walk down the beach). We are close to the finest golf courses, restaurants, and the upscale Outlets for shopping. We are close to all the live shows and the theaters and the huge Bass Pro Shop at the Mall.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Boulevard Villas
We chose to buy the 8 bedroom villa in North Myrtle Beach because it is in a great location across the street from the beach. It is a beautiful villa, very spaious. The area is great. It is close to all the nice golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and close to the Ocean inlets so it is great for deep sea fishing etc... You can drive golf carts all over the area. We are close to the Ocean Drive area for those who like to shag! (thats like the jitter bug sort of)
The Unique Benefits at this New 8 Bedroom Villa
The balconies are very nice and there are balconies off all of the 4 king bedrooms. There is a nice pool and hot tub. The beach is beautiful, wide with white sand. The 2 separate living areas with the cable boxes and 52 inch sony tv's and blue ray disc players make it fun for everyone to enjoy relaxing in such a spacious villa. I like the high speed access to the internet. The kitchen is huge with 2 refrigereators and seating for 20. It is perfect for any group especially large families. I know you will love the villa.
This is located off of 2nd Ave. South and it is a great park and playground. There is a play area for toddlers and a new one for older kids that is awesome and our grandchildren that are 5 and 3 love
There is a Wal-Mart here and next to it is a great sub shop called Fire House Subs.
This is a great place to get burgers, hotdogs, and fries. The fries are great.
This is where Barefoot Landing is located and was the first one and then they built Broadway at the Beach about 10 years later. It has many nice restaurants and I like Joe's Crab Shack.

My husband and I have been coming to this area of North Myrtle Beach for 25 years and we love the location. We purchase a personal beach home here in 2005 and love the beautiful beaches and friendly atmosphere. We come any chance we get. We grew up in Northern Ohio and both attended OSU (Go Bucs)! My husband is a dentist in Greensboro, NC where we live with our children and grand children (4 now) Yea!!!and I almost forgot to mention our 2 Yorkies, Hope and Grace.
