Then imagine all of this nestled between miles of pristine untouched National Seashore and State Park property not far to the east and to the west, with not a single tacky T-shirt shop or souvenir shack within eyesight but with restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, gas stations all just minutes away.. and you have a perfect vacation spot. Bedrooms: Our luxury condo is a fully-equipped 1900 square-foot second home whose main gulf-front master suite boasts a King bed, large closet, 2 separate vanity sinks, large whirlpool tub, and huge shower. This bedroom has access to the spacious south balcony overlooking the rolling waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The second master suite has a balcony overlooking the intracoastal waterway, and is also equipped with a King bed, large closet, dual sinks and shower/tub. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and is adjacent to the 3rd bathroom, which also has a shower/tub. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD player (3 of the 4 TVs are flat screens).
Living Area/Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your culinary and eating needs. There are granite countertops, a bar with 2 stools, a large main table that comfortably seats 6, plus a breakfast nook with table for 4. The large living area has a flat screen TV with DVD/VCR and seating for many guests. A wet bar nook with sink and frig is nestled between the eating and living areas. Tile flooring throughout the unit, plantation shutters, luxury draperies, ceiling fans, and tasteful modern yet tropical decor lend an air of class and sophistication. There is a phone, wireless and plug-in internet access, plus a full washer and dryer. Linens and luxury towels (excluding beach towels) are provided. Our vacation home is very kid-friendly, too! There are kids sand toys and a few beach chairs in the outside storage closet, which is open for guest use.
Palacio Condominium: Palacio is one of the premier high-rise condos on Florida's Perdido Key. It sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico and offers a large main pool, heated lap pool, whirlpool, grilling area adjacent to sundeck, exercise room overlooking pool and beach, walkway from sun deck and pool area to the beach, beach service chairs and umbrellas available for rent, tennis courts, off-street parking, 2 large fast elevators with luggage carts for free use, front desk with helpful staff, and lobby area with plenty of information to make your vacation perfect.

Why the Owner Chose Palacio
My husband and I lived in Pensacola from 2001-2003 when I was serving in the US Navy. We fell in love with the area, especially Perdido Key! Now we live in the snowy mountains of Colorado and we love to escape to our new beach home. Our 3 young children especially enjoy it.
