You have approximately a 45 second time delay from walking out your door to being on the slopes! This is true mountain living in the perfect location in a lovely custom built, true Douglas Fir Log home.
The Summit Ski House is located in beautiful Mt. Crested Butte, Colorado about a 10 minute drive to the town of Crested Butte.

Vacation in luxury! Absolutely beautiful authentic log home is what ski vacations are made for. The home was custom built for and by the homeowners to create an authentic log home (rare!), and also have a modern open floorplan that lives large. The logs are made of Douglas Fir that were specially brought in from Canada. The logs have been saddle-notched and hand-hewn to ensure the perfect custom fit.
The Summit Ski House offers plenty of space with two of the bedrooms located in the Caretaker's unit, so as to ensure privacy for larger parties. There is also a bonus living area which has been turned into the rec room with a beautiful pool table, wet bar, over-sized television, and even a classic video-game console.
The decks of the house are expansive and perfect for all occasions. You can grill on the outside front wrap-around deck and sit in the sun with friends and family. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee, or your favorite Apres beverage. The back deck offers amazing views of Mt. Crested Butte day or night from the brand new patio set. Soak in the private hot tub while watching the light from the sun set on the mountain!
