Why the Owner Chose Diamond Head

I was living in La Jolla California, and came back to Hawaii every year to visit my family. In 2002 I noticed an OPEN HOUSE sign at this address and decided to go in since I always admired this building, The Colony Surf, when I lived here. When I saw this apartment I could not believe the view, and how beautiful every detail of the interior was, it was luxury in every way, a designers work of art. I bought it on the spot, thinking some day I would retire here in paradise. I moved into it in 2003. It wasn't till I moved to Hana Maui in 2007 that I decided to rent it.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo

The first thing that shocks everyone is the view, all ocean, sail boats, surfers and canoes. The second is the sound of the waves all day and at night they put you to sleep peacefully. Third is the daily "Spectacular Sunsets". Fourth is the private beach which is easy to take a dip or a wonderful safe swim. The ground floor hosts "Michele's at The Colony Surf" a famous 4 star restaurant. Across the entrance to The Colony Surf is Kapiolani Park, 50 acres to walk or run 3 miles around. And a 10 minute walk along the beach and you are in Waikiki, for amazing dining , shopping, and fun.

Owner's Map of Diamond Head

I was born in Hawaii, my family has been here for over 124 years since 1885. My Grandmother was the first telephone operator at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel in 1927. I used to have a home a block from this apartment building before I moved to La Jolla California. I moved back to Hawaii in 2003 into this apartment, it is truly spectacular. In 2007 I moved to Hana Maui and decided to let other people have the time of their life in my Heaven ON THE BEACH.
