This charming, quiet lake cottage is located off of highway 53 between Dawsonville and Gainesville. Living outdoors is what this home is all about! Outdoor features include 1000 square feet of deck offering a spectacular view of the water some 50 feet away. The private, covered deep water dock offers an attached sun deck, a party deck on top with bench seating and a gazebo, perfect for picnicking, lounging, sunbathing, swimming and fishing! A public boat ramp is minutes away and we can refer you to a boat rental company.
An AWSOME VIEW of the lake is seen from the main living space and the upstairs master! On the main level, a full kitchen, living room with fire place, vaulted cypress ceilings and hard wood floors, two cozy bedrooms, full bath with whirl pool tub. There is a washer and dryer for keeping up with your laundry needs. The upstairs level is the entire master suite, bright and cheerful with large picture windows, vaulted ceiling and private balcony overlooking the lake.
A variety of restaurant choices, movie theatre and shopping are a mere 15 minute drive with 140+ stores to choose from. The nearby towns of Cumming and Dahlonega offer local theatre entertainment, beautiful parks, more restaurants and fabulous antique shopping.
Catered meals are a great option to consider during your stay! Owners will make arrangements. Separate fees apply.
