This custom home features oak hardwood floors, wall to wall carpeting in all bedrooms, tile bathroom floors, and tongue and groove cyprus ceilings. Master bedroom has 16 foot cyprus ceilings with walk-in closet and it's own private balcony. We feature a fireplace inside and a custom 16ft fireplace outside for late night fires or grilling out. Our 1000 square foot deck surrounds two sides of the house and offers a spectacular view of the water some 50 feet away. Patio furniture is provided on both decks. Private covered deep water dock offers an attached sun deck, a party deck on top with beach seating, perfect for sunbathing or water skiing. Lights and electrical power outlets are on the dock, perfect for day or night fishing. Shops and restaurants are 10 minutes away with 140+ stores to choose from. Public boat ramp is minutes away and we can refer a boat rental company.
