Our family stayed at Villa Malibu for a week in July and it was perfect in every way. The condo was super luxurious, enormous, and very clean. The pool and spa are excellent and NOTHING beats the beach drop-off service with towels, umbrellas, and chairs. Our sincere thanks to Erika, Kelly, Wayne, Matt, and Brian for the warm welcome and excellent service!! BEST value for the money in Malibu. We can't wait to stay at Villa Malibu again.

We loved the Villa Malibu! It was very clean and exactly what we were looking for since we had a party of 7 guests. The staff was fabulous, helpful, and very pleasant. The shuttle to the beach and set up with chairs and umbrellas was wonderful! The only few recommendations I would suggest would be to have some dishclothes for washing dishes and a few beach things would have been fun to have to bring to the beach such as volleyballs, frisbees,etc. We would highly recommend the property to others and hope to be back soon!

I can highly recommend Villa Malibu. From our first point of contact with Matthew who answered all our questions with accurate detail, to Wayne the fabulous concierge who promptly facilitated our every whim - taxi booking & car hire, organising a grocery pick up from the supermarket 2 minutes by car on our first night - and the wonderful guys Mo, Brian and Matt who drove us where and when we needed it. They made our holiday a most relaxed home from home. This is a stress-free haven with a lovely pool and gym and we had a beautiful, spacious light-filled 3 bed condo. The complimentary comfy seats and umbrella on the beach in the beautiful Malibu sunshine were a bonus!

We have had a nice stay at Villa Malibu compound! Very nice area for a family vacation. Fantastic condo. The bathing premisess where excellent, and extra plus for fitness facilities an tennis court. Very good service from staff showing high level of hospitality. Quit and peaceful surroundings.

The suite was immaculate and luxurious, the concierge and all the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the pool is awesome! They even helped us set up a babysitter, and mailed me something I forgot!!! I highly recommend if you are in the area, you wont beat the value!

My husband and I went to Malibu with another married couple for a week vacation. Malibu was a nice area, but it was our stay at Villa Malibu that truly made our trip great! The service is outstanding--Matt, Wayne, Mo and all the staff bend over backwards to do anything and everything to make your stay perfect! They have excellent services, included in the price of your stay; including, a delicious Sunday brunch by the pool, beach porter service, concierge services and so much more! The property is in a great residential area, with a gated entrance and wonderful facilties! We loved every minute of our stay and the condo was perfect for what we needed. They even welcomed us with cupcakes upon check-in and a sweet welcome basket with some necessities for our stay. Even before our arrival, they were so gracious to answer any and all quetions we had. We were traveling from the east coast of America and weren't able to bring much, as far as kitchen items, so they were so gracious to provide tips and suggestions for us. All in all, Villa Malibu was an excellent choice and we would absolutely come back! Thanks for making it a wonderful vacation!

We stayed at Villa Malibu for 10 days and couldn't fault the service received from Matt and all his staff. We arrived late on the Friday evening and Matt was there to greet us and settle us in. Nothing was too much bother for them, they offered to get Disney tickets for us, they managed to get tickets for us for Celine Dion. The barbecue brunch on the Sunday was very enjoyable too, didn't cost us a penny! Would recommend highly Villa Malibu for a very relaxing holiday and hope it isn't too long before we return!

Perfectly located right between two of the most beautiful beaches in the country (Paradise Cove and Zuma Beach) Villa Malibu is without question our families favorite place. We love Villa Malibu. We just returned from our third Summer trip in three years and will - without question - be returning for a 4th. The staff is incredible, the property is immaculate and there's no place we'd rather go for an extended vacation! and you'll feel more comfortable than anywhere you've ever been in your life.

Memorable weekend getaway

My husband and I arrived with our toddler exhausted from our flight. We rented a gorgeous townhouse but were a bit concerned for our 2 year old son with the stairs. I phoned the management office after hours to inquire if perhaps they had a gate. Within an hour they were at my door with a gate they purchased for me at the store and installed it right away. The speedy service was much appreciated and made for a less stressful vacation. Thank you so much.

My friends and I made last minute desicion to spend our holiday by the beach in Malibu. We found online Villa Malibu and had a fab time. Everyone was so accommedating to us. The pool and car service were splendid!

Blown Away by the High Level of Customer Service

My family and I stayed here for the week of my daughter's college graduation. I normally don't write reviews, but I was blown away by the high level of customer service that was extended to me and my family. After the graduation we planned on having a BBQ at the pool area. We got out to the BBQ area with our meat in hand and all the BBQs were taken. Needless to say that we were bummed! On our way back to the townhouse we ran into the building manager. Without even asking him he brought his own personal BBQ and wheeled it onto our patio. We were able to have our family BBQ privately. It was awesome!

My family takes a trip to Malibu every summer. Every year for the past 3 years, we've stayed at Villa Malibu. My son loves the pool. On Sundays they have a personal chef come in a cook a brunch for all the guests! It really feels like home.

My kids had a blast! Villa Malibu has guys that will take you to the beach when ever you want! They even took me to the store to get my girls sand toys! We had a great time!
