This villa will offer you a spectacular view of the 18th tee box of the George Fazio Golf Course and is a short walk to the pool and beach. Inside you will find the living room has a wet bar, flat-screen cable tv, wireless internet, DVD, VCR, stereo and a fireplace.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has been updated with a new stove, refrigerator with ice maker, and microwave. The dining room seats 8 people and overlooks the covered deck with a grill for your enjoyment. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find a separate laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer.
This 3 bedroom/3 bath villa sleeps 6 to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath, a large walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The guest bedroom, on the first floor, has a queen bed with a private bathroom and the upstairs guest bedroom has twin beds with a private bath.
Our community is also gated and has 24-hour security. Palmetto Dunes is a world-class resort area conveniently located near some of the island's finest shopping, dining, water sports, golf courses and nightlife.

Year Purchased: 1980
We have owned our villa in Palmetto Dunes since 1980 and have enjoyed spending many wonderful times with our friends and family. One of our fondest memories is when our oldest daughter got married on Hilton Head Island. We also enjoy walking to Shelter Cove to explore the Marina, its wonderful restaurants, unique shops, charter fishing, and sightseeing cruises. In season, we like to watch the weekly fireworks and enjoy the free nightly entertainment.

Have spent many enjoyable days at this condo. Pictures do not do it justice. Pool area is wonderful and the beach is a quick bike ride away. Bike rental is very reasonable and they deliver & pick-up to your door! Many great restaurants. Cocktail hour on the deck is divine!
