This is a charming property overlooking the beach. The white sands and clear turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico are only about 50 yards away. It is the best unit in the complex, a second story end unit with an additional window overlooking the beach. It is open and airy. I find I hardly need the air conditioning as there always is a nice breeze blowing off the gulf.
The unit location is extremely convenient to carry up groceries and luggage from your closely parked car. I visit several times a year and am continuously improving my interior decor and items to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Staying at my condo which is managed by the local Resort Quest office gives you the added convenience of 24 hour access for any issues that come up during your stay.

Why the Owner Chose Gulfview
I bought in this location because I fell in love with Destin and the white sand and turquoise water. Life seems to just slow down when ever I visit. It is beautiful!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love to walk over to the beach with a cold drink in an insulated cup, and relax in the sand for hours. Usually I take long walks on the beach or the boardwalk and enjoy the view. I sometimes like to walk to the bike rental shop and explore by bicycle. We have also taken canoe trips on the Black River, and rented pontoon boats to explore the bay. Gumbo, next door at Kenny D's restaurant or Grouper Fingers at the Pocono Joe’s up the street is a must.

I live in Denver Colorado, but absolutely LOVE the Gulf of Mexico. Ever since first visiting Destin in 2001, I fell in love with the area and I come back to visit as often as possible. My family and friends old and young thoroughly enjoy taking a break here as well. The sand is amazingly white and the consistency of sugar.
