This beautiful home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3565 square feet of living space, and is fully furnished with everything you need.
There are granite counters in the kitchen and all the conveniences that would make any cook happy. You can be sitting at the kitchen bar or doing dishes and be able to watch the whales playing offshore while they migrate at certain times of the year. A nice open floor plan makes entertaining easy from the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Also included: Laundry room with washer and dryer, an oversized 2 car garage, and a landscaped backyard. You will find 5 TV's in the home with either a DVD player or VCR to use.
The bedrooms are spacious and offer a king-size bed in 2 rooms, a queen bed, 2 twin beds, a crib, and a daybed in the game room, 3 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. The main level master suite has unbelievable ocean and Morro Rock views, tiled dual-head shower, and dual sinks in the master bath, a spacious walk-in closet, entertainment center with TV, and a sliding door that opens onto the balcony. The middle floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a family room with a wet bar, eating area, and entertainment center. The views are stunning!
The bottom floor features the game room with ping pong and air hockey tables, a tv and a powder room - fun for kids and adults alike.

My sisters and I had a wonderful time. The view was great, the rooms were spectacular. What a beautiful home...3 levels...wow. We'd definitely stay there again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

I have stayed in many beach rentals in the Morro Bay area over the past 50 years. This is by far the best we ever rented. It is in impeccable condition, immaculate, beautiful and no repairs needed. It has a magnificent view of the ocean and decks on upper and lower floors. It is next to an open hillside where animals roam and birds fly freely.Would recommend it to anyone It is quiet, relaxing and safe. The home is well stocked with pots, pans and beautiful dishes. It is open and roomy for accomodating the family or friends. You won't want to miss it and you won't want to leave it!! Excellent manager and great owner. Many wonderful things to do.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
