The condo is walking distance across the street from Camden on the Lake (former Horny Toad Complex) and Shady Gators. 2 large restaurants with great food and entertainment. The Toad Cove has a full service restaurant that features lots of night life, bars, dancing and big name entertainment. If you love Cajun and other great foods, Shady Gators Restaurant and Bar and Lazy Gators that also includes a lot of night life, live music and tons of fun is also across the street from our complex. Or just sit outside in front of the condo and watch all the activities coming and going from the complexes.
This 3,000 sq ft 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is on 3 levels. There are 3 master bedrooms upstairs with 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed. They each have their own private bathroom with tub/showers. The 2 king size bedrooms have a shared balcony off of them that overlooks the lake. On the main level is the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room with washer and dryer and 1/2 bathroom. There is a balcony off of the living room that is perfect for having your breakfast and coffee and watching the morning activities on the water. The lower level has one bedroom with a double bed, double futon, bathroom, a bar and queen size sofa sleeper, family room with walkout sliding doors. There are TV's in every room of the condo.
There are 2 swimming pools in the complex so you don't feel overcrowded by the pool. It is close to MAANY golf courses including the Four Seasons that are perfect for spring and fall getaways. There is also shopping at an outlet mall 8 miles away, go-cart racing and entertainment for the kids. There is also a walking and biking path close for early morning walks or evening strolls.
We can get a boat slip if needed.

$130 cleaning fee.
One night's deposit is due at reservation and refunded after cleaning & inventory.
Full payment by check must be made prior to arrival.
For full refund on cancellations, notification must be given 30 days in advance.

Why the Owner Chose Horseshoebend
We chose to buy a condo in this area because we liked the large cove that the complex was in. We also like being able to walk across the street and not have to get into a car to eat, drink and enjoy the entertainment. There was always something to do at night and be close to home. We enjoyed the idea of 2 swimming pools so you never felt over crowded. Just a short ways up the road there is a walking and bike trail for early morning walks.

We recently rented the home for a girls weekend. We absolutely loved the furnishings and the cleanliness of the home. We have stayed down at the lake on numerous occasions and have never been more pleased with our accommodations. It was a very short walk to Shady Gators and Toad Cove which was perfect for our group. We are already planning a summer stay to take advantage of the great pools at Aqua Finn. This was by far the best value for the nicest home in the complex. Thanks Denise for making us feel so welcome - we look forward to our next stay in your lovely home!
