This one of a kind, 5600 sq ft, 5 bedroom/4.5 bath 2 story home features sweeping city and ocean views offering the perfect spot for your La Jolla dream vacation. It has been beautifully decorated to give it a warm coastal feel. The open floor plan includes a large living room with an island fireplace, a spacious dining room with seating for ten or more, a gourmet kitchen with seating for four, a quiet reading area, a large game room and bar, and an additional television/reading area all with ocean views. Outside, a large patio and yard spill over into a natural canyon leading to a whitewater ocean view.
Additional features include ocean views from nearly every room, a spacious grassy back yard, a six person Jacuzzi hot tub, a built-in BBQ, extra large gourmet kitchen, and an ocean view outdoor dining area wired for music. In addition, there is a large game room including a 60” large screen Hi-Definition television, digital cable with DVR, a DVD player and surround sound, a WII system with games, a wrap-around bar (which includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave), pool table, and a home gym. The home gym has a mirrored wall and provides the use of a treadmill, recumbent bike, Pilates reformer, and a Precor weight gym system. The cook’s kitchen includes granite counters, top-of-the-line modern appliances, extra refrigerators, warming drawer, and all the equipment and utensils suitable for easy entertaining.
The home comfortably sleeps ten people. The newly remodeled master suite provides a California king bed with a commanding ocean view, an attached office, and French doors that open up to a private view balcony and outdoor seating for two. The room includes a 42” flat screen television above a wrap-around fireplace with additional seating area for some quiet relaxation. The luxurious bathroom has a two person Jacuzzi tub, extra large multiple head shower, and his and her sinks. The other bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and include 2 king beds and 2 queen beds.
For maximum convenience, the home is centrally located 1.5 miles to the beaches of Pacific Beach/ La Jolla, a quick 5-10 minute drive to downtown La Jolla, Torrey Pines golf course and Scripps Aquarium, as well as a 5-10 minute drive to Sea World and the 5 Freeway for easy access to Old Town, the San Diego Zoo, and Legoland.
