This lovely, spacious Tarpon Pond home boasts new pergo flooring throughout, new kitchen and bathroom flooring and new carpeting in the bedroom upstairs! The large screened in porch is perfect for enjoying the peaceful surrounds of Seabrook after a day at the beach! The r bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms give you plenty of room your your entire family. The family room has plenty of comfortable seating, a large TV, DVD player and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers seating at the table for 6. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed, and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds plus a TV. There is a full bathroom between bedrooms. Upstairs is another bedroom with a full size bed.
All linens and towels (we do ask you to bring your own beach towels) are provided for your use! Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities are included in rentals of 5 nights or more. These cards cost $150/wk or $25/day giving you access to the new pool facility, golf courses, tennis courts, fitness center, horseback riding and restaurants. Fees are charged for all activities except pool usage.
