"Creekside-Western" Log Cabin- Located on Babbling Creek

- Internet:No
- Pets allowed:Yes
- Wheel chair accessible:Yes
The cabin listed here is the "Western" cabin, (ONE OF THREE CABINS ALONG THE CREEK)
The Western Cabin has a good sized fenced porch-located right over the babbling creek. The serenity and sound of the water is so relaxing and the fishing is great here, as the Gallatin river runs 3/4 of a mile throughout our 88 acre property.
The cabin is tastefully "Theme" decorated and comfortably furnished. It has a full bathroom with a shower, small kitchenette, refrigerator, 2-burner stovetop, microwave, coffee pot and a gas BBQ on the porch.
We are conveniently located within 20 minute drive of the Madison river and 30 min drive of the Yellowstone river.
Downtown Bozeman is just 7 miles up the road, antique shops and cafes within one mile. Belgrade airport is approximately 7 miles away.

Amazing Place to Stay!
Amazing Place to Stay!

What a wonderful place to have the opportunity to stay at! The cabin is literally situated right on the creek... my friend caught trout right off the deck. Moreover, when the windows are open, you can hear the babbling water from the creek, it is so relaxing! It is a very warm and inviting place to stay, it will be difficult to leave. It was very clean and decorated nicely. There's a small kitchen and a cute loft for the kids to sleep in (or great for storage if you have gear). There is a BBQ grill and swing on the deck which make those nice summer evenings a real treat. Plus, one of Montana's best kept secrets are the amazing sunsets... and they are right off the deck for your viewing pleasure! I was not here for a wedding, however, the facilities were very nice. The layout of the property makes it feel secluded even though you aren't far from town which is convenient and gives you the best of both worlds. A unique place that I would recommend to anyone visiting this area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Taken from the "Summer Place" Cabin guest book: How fortunate we were to have found this hidden gem online! Hannah is so gracious and such an accomodating host. This is the idyllic setting for a romantic evening and certainly the perfect place for a wedding! One of your employees suggested an amazing hike up Storm Chaser. It was just what we were looking for - views of the entire Gallatin River Valley. Would highly recommend it as a day hike for experienced hikers - 2 1/2 miles each way.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gallatin River Hideaway! Your property is beautiful and the Summer Place cabin is just what we were looking for! Very Romantic! The weather was very rainy, but, my husband was able to catch some nice fish in the Gallatin River on the property! We will plan our next trip for the summer months-maybe next year. We will certainly recommend your accomodations to any of our friends passing through Bozeman.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We stayed in the Western Cabin and were very impressed with the beautiful details in the decor. It was very clean and comfortable! Our favorite memory is listening to the sound of the creek at night - so peaceful! It was great access to fishing and the kids loved playing near the water. We highly recommend it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I spent several days at the Gallatin Hideaway Property staying in the Western Log Cabin with my adult son. He went hiking and I went fishing. The Gallatin River was a very short walk from the cabin and the fishing was wonderful. I caught rainbows and browns in the ten to fourteen inch range. They were nice healthy fish and put up a good fight. The cabin is less than a mile from the four corners so there is access to fly shops, restaurants, and service stations. The propertry is beautiful and quiet and the staff was very helpful. Great spot for fishing and relaxing!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Bozeman:
This is a very unusual piece of property- so close to town, but, when you are here, you have the feeling of a secluded and remote area as the property is very wooded with cottonwood and aspen trees and, of course, the Creek and the Gallatin River. We are conveniently located within 7 miles to the airport, downtown, shopping and fabulous restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
We have an added feature of being within 2 miles of the "Bozeman hot springs" that has wonderful soaking and swimming pools and a gym. Wildlife is abundant on our property. Don't be surprised if you see deer grazing in the fields or a soaring eagle or owl in the sky. Depending on the time of the year, we may also have rabbits, marmots, geese, ducks, and turkey.
