This 3,500-square foot home includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 gas fireplaces. Enjoy sunrises from your bed or the large eat-in kitchen, while lounging on the screened-in porch, or from the gazebo on the shore. Swim in the lake just steps from your house. Bask in the sun on the deck while cooking on the gas grill. Toast marshmallows around the campfire pit or enjoy the lake views from the formal dining room and living room. Wave to sightseers as boaters cruise by or launch your kayak and go for a paddle.
The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Three of the bedrooms offer queen- or double-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth room is also a game room with a pool table. Additional sleeping space is provided on a sofa bed. The maximum occupancy of the house is ten people. There is a two car garage and additional outside parking. The full-size washer/dryer are in the laundry room off the main floor. You can stay connected with the wireless internet and cable TV. Potential dock space may also be available for an additional charge if you would like to bring your boat with you.
Your vacation spot is just one mile north of Lake George Village and the trolley stops at end of driveway on Route 9N.
