Enjoy a relaxing view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony or the living room of our two bedroom, two bath condo. Relax to the sound of the surf as you sit on the balcony watching the sun rise over the gulf, or enjoy your favorite drink in the evening watching the moonrise reflected the surf.
Our top rated, second floor unit features a completely remodeled kitchen with new custom cabinetry, granite countertops and upgraded appliances. The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath.
The second bedroom sleeps 3 with a queen size bed and a fold out single bed. The sofa in the living room folds out into a king size bed also, for a total capacity of 6 guests.
Just a few steps will carry to you to the large in ground hot tub and the heated swimming pool. There are barbecue facilities around the pool for the use of guests. Exercise facilities, a game room, tennis courts and laundry facilities are also available.
During the summer there are supervised art classes for children, to provide activities and child care.
Of course the main attraction here is the beach. Seagull is well separated from other resort facilities, making for a beach that is almost never crowded. The Gulf is wonderfully warm for most of the year and the swimming is excellent. Shade tents and chairs are set out for Seagull guests every day.
Port Aransas and nearby Corpus Christi offer a wonderful array of entertainment options for tourists. Port “A” offers plenty of shops for all your vacation shopping needs and plenty of restaurants for a wide variety of dining.
Both gulf and bay fishing trips are available year round. Or bring your own boat and head out on your own. Seagull has plenty of free parking for trailers. Golfers can enjoy the Arnold Palmer Signature golf course only 5 minutes away.
Head into Corpus Christi for a trip into history on the “Lady Lex”, the retired aircraft carrier Lexington.
Right next door is the Texas State Aquarium, and nearby in the harbor you can visit replicas of Christopher Columbus's ships, the Nina, Pinta, and Santa Maria at the Museum of Science and History, to name just a few of the local attractions.

Hurricane Dolly forced us to change our vacation plans to be at South Padre Island, but we were able to have our beach vacation anyway, when we were able to reserve your condo. Dear Lipe Family,Just noticed this notebook or I would write more. Everyone is waiting for me. I just have to tell you how wonderful your condo is. I have stayed in various condos in Port A & none hold a candle to yours. The décor and detailed attention to every imaginable comfort is exceptional. It’s quite obvious you are a caring, considerate family. We brought some of our staff (a couple) who had never gone bay fishing.
