The East Unit (Side A) of this two-story cottage features three bedrooms and two and one-half baths. Pools, hot tub and beach boardwalk are a few steps from your door. Unit amenities include ceiling fans, washer and dryer, DVD/VCR and cable TV. Balconies are on both floors provide an angled beach view. Bedding: King bed in master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom and double-single bunk bed in third bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin rollaway is also provided. Non-smoking.
Renters have access to the all the amenities of Gulf Shores Plantation, which includes 6 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool, 7 lighted tennis courts, hot tubs, lighted basketball and shuffleboard courts, horseshoes, putting green and exercise room. It is also directly next to a championship caliber golf course, Kiva Dunes.
The East Unit (Side A) of the duplex can sleep a total of 9 if you include the sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit of the duplex overlooks two pools.
All the furniture in the living rooms and bedding has been updated since the pictures for this listing were taken. Also, there is also a new flat screen TV in the living room.
