A spacious, comfortable, and immaculate family-oriented beach cottage located in the heart of Dewey Beach and just 1.5 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. We are pet-friendly for with written permission and a non-refundable pet fee for well-behaved pets. We request no smoking, except outside or on the porch.
Amenities include: off-street parking for three cars, a large screened porch with two ceiling fans, ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, two cable TVs and two DVD players with a great selection of movies, outdoor shower, central air conditioning and heat for the colder months. There is also a private back yard with a charcoal BBQ grill and a large picnic table. The summer season between Memorial Day and Labor Day is always on a Friday to Friday basis. Off-season week and weekend time frames are negotiable to meet your needs.
