This seperate 2 bedroom apartment has been complete renovated and professionally decorated to the highest detail. The over 800 square foot apartment comes complete with high end kitchen appliances and granite counter tops; full size stackable washer/dryer and iron/board. Bath supplied with full supply of toiletries and hairdryer. Available upon request are basic copy and fax services.

Off street parking is shared in the driveway.

The location is walking distance to everywhere. One block from Hominy Grill, Lana, Fuel restaurants, two blocks from Trattoria Lucca, three blocks to King Street. Delivery menus are in unit. Grocery store is six blocks away.

I can also help, if needed, with baby sitter arrangements. There are many College of Charleston students available.

$149/night (2 night minimum) or $695/week (Six nights). No other fees period.
With Prior approval $25 daily Pet Fee or $100 weekly pet fee.
Strictly no smoking inside the apartment.
Credit card payments via Pay Pal.
First night-$149 booking is non-refundable
Full payment of booking due in full 30 days before arrival.
Damage Deposit of $150.00 due upon booking and returned if no damage at checkout.
Check-in 3 PM, Check out at 11 AM.

    • What can I say. The home was beautiful. All the comforts of home was provided. The beds had down comforters. I normally bring mine along. I will know next time that is one thing I don't have to pack. They thought of everything. Even had a PC in the smaller bedroom for that quick peek at FaceBook.

    • We stayed for a week and felt very much at home. The apartment was comfortable and decorated beautifully. Top quality and very convenient. We were only a 10-20 minute drive to the local beaches, and a short car ride from Bay and King streets. Kevin was a great host, we took advantage of all of his recommendations, Lucca’s is a must, you can walk there in less then 5 minutes. If you are there on a Tuesday, only a block away they have an independent outside theatre that was quite the little venue. Another little gem only a block away is the Hominy Grill. We would stay there again and recommend to friends!

    • This 19th century building has been restored beautifully with all the amenities. All modern appliances in the kitchen, 2 flat screen TV's, great water pressure. Several fantastic restaurants within walking distance, 2 parks nearby as well. Downtown a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Sullivan's Island & beaches a 20 minute drive. Kevin, the owner could not have been more accommodating. If we needed something he quickly procured it. Dog friendly environment. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to "Chucktown"
