This is a two bedroom two bath condo. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There are two extra cots available if needed. Linens and kitchen utensils are all furnished.
If you're into golfing this is the only community in Naples that offers free golfing for two people in each unit. Being renters you get the same privileges that the owners have, free golf. There are two beautiful golf courses for your use. A par 70, short but challenging an a par 55 exec. course. If you prefer tennis there are 8 courts for your use, plus bocce, and shuffleboard courts. There is a nice 19th hole restaurant with very reasonable prices, not like most country clubs. If you want shopping or fine food dining 5th Ave and Tin City are only 4 miles away. The beautiful Naples beaches are only 5 miles from the condo. If you want site seeing the Everglades are only minuets from Naples with lots of wild life to see. REMEMBER FREE GOLFING WHILE YOU STAY.

Year Purchased: 2000
We originally came to Naples in the late 1980's and first bought a condo in the Glades Country Club in 1990. We fell in love with the Glades because of all the golf that we could do. Back then there was a small charge to belong to the golf club but was well worth it. Now that the golfing is included it's even better. We also love the beautiful beaches Naples have to offer and spend as much time on them as we can. We have now bought a house in Naples but we still have are condo which we rent out and hope that everyone that rents it has as much fun golfing and enjoying the Glades Country Club that we did.
Why the Owner Chose The Glades
We bought a condo in Naples because the city is so laid back compared to the larger cities like Miami, Tampa, Ft Lauderdale, etc. You have everything that you need here plus 100's of beautiful golf courses. The prices were right when we bought and are now at an all time low for buying again.

Free golfing, know where in Naples does anyone offer free golfing with their membership then in the Glades Country Club. Plus tennis, bocce, shuffleboard., all kinds of clubs, every activity that you wish is here in the Glades.
