This is a very private and exclusive, almost hidden portion of Massachusetts, with pristine beaches and very few people. The Contemporary Home is on a dead-end road with 3 acres of cut lawn looking out at the Atlantic. The Elizabeth Island chain is in view -- specifically, Cutty Hunk Island, 7 miles offshore. Normally, the unit is taken for the entire summer and unavailable. This summer I have only July available.
