Sanctuary at Redfish is located in the famous Blue Mountain Beach area along Scenic Highway 30-A and situated directly on Big Redfish Lake - one of the rare coastal lakes along Highway 30-A - perfect for kayaking, canoeing and fishing.

Take a ride on the pontoon boat or kayak to cross the lake and be on your own private beach.

Reservation / Booking Policy:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Except for a $75 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 30 days prior to the arrival date. Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. We accept checks or credit cards. CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 p.m. & CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00 a.m

This condo is a great place for a family to use alone or to share with friends. It is a second home and we invite you to use it as your own. You will feel at home with all the 'extras' that you would not normally find in a rental unit. No need to pack up your porta-crib we have that too.

  • We had a fantastic stay at Sanctuary at Redfish. The condo was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Our two children loved their room with two bunk beds (no fighting for the top bunk!) It was so nice to sit on the terrace and have coffee in the morning, enjoying the view of the pools,lake and ocean. The lake really made the stay so special. The journey on the boat with Captain Bob was quick and enjoyable, but we also loved taking the canoe and kayaks across. The lake had amazing wildlife to observe -- cranes and all sorts of fish and crabs. The shallow areas of the lake were fun for the kids to explore. It was so nice having the umbrella and chairs waiting for us at the beach. That particular stretch of the beach is not crowded and it is buffered by lovely dunes. The pools were delightful in the afternoon, especially the zero-entry pool for our three year old. Overall we had a great time and hope to return again next year. -sbb from Nashville, TN for stay in 7/2009

  • We booked our stay on VRBO on Friday morning and drove out to South Walton County that afternoon and stayed the weekend PLUS a DAY! The owners were very flexible and our stay was easy to extend by a day... easy, easy. What a view of the GULF/Sea from the balcony... beautiful... drank coffee on the balcony on the sheas lounge chairs at 7am while watching the sun rise... margaritas soon followed at noon with 4 hours in the provided beach chairs and umbrella ... 2 minute pontoon-boat ride across the "stocked" (sea bass and redfish is what a local told us) lake to the beach...Wow... thank you for a great quicky weekend with my daughter.

  • Big TV livng room area w/ Gulf view balcony allowed us adults (2 families with 4 kids) to enjoy seeing over the pool as we watch our kids swim and then we all took the party-pontoon boat to beach (2 minute boat ride... kids loved it!) Both Mom's & Dad's were pleased with each having privtae King Size Bed rooms and bathrooms with TV/DVD. While you could sleep 2 more in the sofa sleeper, the wives got up early and enjoyed coffee in the living room as everyone had their own room.... Elevator takes you to 2nd floor; 10 steps from the condo... easy in/out with bike rentals, shops, pubs/food only a 10 min walk or 5 minute bike ride. And the price was the best part... right in line with our limited budget. Thanks 360BLUE and VRBO for a fantastic vacation!
