Arriving at Palisades on HORSESHOE BEND you will have an assigned parking spot just steps away from the condo, which is located on the second level, right off the parking lot.
This 1600 square foot condominium, overlooking the main channel, features all the comforts of home. Newly decorated and fully equipped, it's ready for your enjoyment! For your convenience the strip at the dam and all the shopping and recreational areas located on Hwy. 54. Palisades has 4 swimming pools, the one closest to the rental condo is one building away.
The open kitchen is supplied with everything you'd need with a service for 8. The dining room seats 6 with an additional 4 seats at the bar.
The living room features sliding glass doors that exit onto the covered balcony overlooking the main channel. Furniture includes: Sofa Sleeper, Love Seat, 42 inch screen TV w/DVD player.
The Master bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake with a sliding door that goes onto the balcony. Furniture includes: Queen size bed with furniture and 32" TV. The over-size Master bathroom has his and hers vanities, and over-sized bathtub, separate shower and large walk-in closet.
One of the guest bedrooms has a Queen bed and furniture. The other bedroom has two Twin beds with dresser and mirror. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom.
12 X 32 Boat Slip on newest dock available for additional charge.
NOTE: This is NOT a "party condo" and it is located around year round residents. Rental to responsible adults and family only. Violation to condo and/or associations rules, INCLUDING NO SMOKING/NO PETS PROVISION, may lead to eviction, loss of rental fees and of all deposit fees.
