The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The washer/dryer inside the unit instead of a laundry facility is a great plus-and also there is a very nice workout facility also on the 2nd floor. There is also an indoor lazy river, pool and hot tubs incase the weather isn't permitting. There is also a small outdoor water spay park the kids can play in. On the 3rd floor of the building there is a giant life size chess game and a checkers game to have some additional entertainment.
