1st floor has a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths; 2nd floor has 2nd main kitchen and 1 bedroom, full bath and huge living area and deck with great views of the beach.
3rd floor offers great views of the island and beach with 2 more bedrooms and a full bath. Linens and towels not included.

We have stayed at this wonderful beach house every summer for the last several years. The beach is great and never crowded. The island is quiet and great for biking. There are several great restaurants on the island ,some island bars and an ice cream shop for the kids. Charleston is a very short drive if you want to take in the sites of the city. The owners of the property are wonderful and will do everything to make your vacation special. Our family looks forward to our time at the beach every year. The house is set up so there is plenty of space to be together and space to be alone. The kitchen is supplied with everything you will need. The backporch grill is wonderful. The view is outstanding and will make for a very relaxing vacation.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Location, location, location! You cannot do better than an ocean view with easy access to the beach, a short walk to copious amounts of beer, and a hot tub/cold tub combo (flip? flop?) only a few feet from the front door. Or is it the back door? Every bedroom is perfectly appointed, especially the Garden Party where you are sure to find chocolates under your pillow and even sheets, whether you need them or not. Dog particularly appreciated private entrance and walk-in shower. Living room would have been perfect for comfortable lounging had the sound system not been in disrepair (tsk, tsk!). In lieu of that an electric organ might have been a nice touch, but as it was we simply congregated in cozy sitting room adjacent to kitchen and sang a lot. Refrigerator was surprisingly well stocked by owner!!!!! Kitchen, nerve center of the house, is well equipped with the exception of cutlery -- be sure to BYO, and ditto for extra absorbent paper towels just to be on the safe side. Free high-tech beach bikes get you where you want to go! -- though why you would leave at all is anybody's guess. FABULOUS sunrises -- take it from me!! Overall our stay was wonderful, thanks to warmth imbued by owners whose personal touches were so evident it was almost as if they were right there with us. We would recommend this property to absolutely anyone with deep pockets. BTW, if you want to get into the owner's closet just e-mail me, as I know how and for a small fee will gladly share.

The house was perfect for our group with a spectacular deck for viewing the ocean and dolphins. The owners left us all the information we needed to enhnace our stay. We were in walking distance to several great eating venues. We would walk to Poe's for a little bite to eat or go to Dunleavy's to eat, have a drink and listen to live music. The sunrises, sunsets and walks on the beach were a daily treat. We highly recommend this house for a family vacation.
