The two master suites feature king sized beds and lots of privacy. The third bedroom has two trundle beds to sleep 4 easily.
Owners enjoy landscaping and have unique planting around the yard. The Maritime Market, Police Department and Maritime shopping are located around the corner less than a block away.
Boathouse view is located in the middle of the island and access to all areas of the island are just minutes away.
Interior design is superior and quite comfortable. The owner is a chef instructor and the kitchen has excellent detail and supplies.
