Although incredibly private, we are conveniently located to East Orleans village & Orleans town center. Walking distance to ice cream, coffee, farm market, playhouse & restaurants. Just a short drive to Nauset Beach and Skaket beach (great for kids & spectacular sunsets!). Close to River Road landing for deep water access. The perfect location for a great summer vacation.
This is our 3rd year in the rental market so you will find our home to be in great condition. We want your stay to be a true vacation-away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. After a day on the beach (beach chairs ready for your use), you will find a selection of DVD's & even games for your family. Why the Owner Chose Orleans
We purchased this home when our children were 2 & 4 years old. We could think of no better place to spend our summers with them. The beauty of Cape Cod is beyond comparison.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We have enjoyed 20 summers on Cape Cod. This is the home that we raised our children in & where all our best memories remain. Fishing, sailing, long walks & sunsets have been among the many blessings we have had. We live in NJ & now spend our free time in Maine.

We just returned from our week in Cape Cod. This home was very enjoyable. We loved the privacy it gave us. The owner, Karen, was a joy to work with and very helpful being our first trip to the Cape. We would easily rent this home again for it was well equipped, comfortable and cozy. It is very accessible to both the ocean and bay with just a short drive. Great experience
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family just got home from spending a week at this home. We had a great time. Karen was a pleasure to work with through the whole process. We found the home to have everything we needed. We have sons ages 14, 16 and 20 and it was so nice to have such a private lot so they could play wiffle ball, and hang out on the deck playing their music without bothering a sole. My family was also happy that they had WIFI and cable TV. I loved the book selection and enjoyed a great summer read. The location is also terrific. My husband and I biked several days on the bike trail and walked in the morning to get the paper. We also appreciated being so close to Nauset Beach, one of our favorites. I would recommend take out at Sir Crickets. We treated ourselves on the last night and were very pleased. We would definitley rent again.

We had a fantastic vacation and this rental home was just perfect for our family. The location was great... walking distance to stores, ice cream, restaurants. And just a short ride to 2 fabulous beaches. We loved the large deck and yard and the privacy of the house. We enjoyed the nice deck furniture and charcoal grill for eating meals outside. The outdoor shower is great! The kitchen was stocked nicely and met all of our needs. The owner was very pleasant to work with. We would certainly rent this home again.

We had a wonderful time at your home - it seemed to have everything we needed and more. I appreciated that there were some basic staples there as we couldn't go to the store right away. To have cookbooks, a crockpot and sharp knives (as mundane as that sounds) was a huge plus. As a family we appreciated the selection of games in the loft and the family-oriented (and age-appropriate) movies and books. The weather was not in our favor for the time of our visit, so we made liberal use of the games, movies and books. We did get to the beach once or twice and liked making use of your boogie-boards and beach chairs - something we would not have had room to bring from home. We would not hesitate to rent again - and would gladly recommend this home to anyone. My only suggestions to make it better would be to put a blind or curtain in the bathroom, and install some hooks in the bedrooms for clothes and towels. MANY thanks! The Hertzlers
