  We recently stayed for 2 weeks in this unit and it was fantastic. We have a 1 year old and a 4 year old and we had plenty of space for the kids and ourselves. The condo was clean and had all of the necessary utensils and dishes to cook with. The view speaks for itself and was great for us when we had to put the 1 year old down for a nap. We could sit on the Lanai and watch the wales and get some sun. The AC units worked great and kept the rooms cool during the evenings. Having a second bathroom with a "mini tub" was great to wash the kids in. Having our own washer and dryer was great too and it worked perfectly. The wifi worked perfect and there were hundreds of TV channels to choose from. Beds and furniture were all comfortable There were tennis rackets, putters, beach toys and boogie boards for us to use that was really nice not to have to buy. We left our own beach toys that we bought for other to use as well. We would most certainly return to this unit in the future. The grounds at Papakea are well maintained.

  I organized a family vacation and booked this unit for my daughter, her husband and 2 girls 4 and 6. The unit was perfect! The master bedroom with it's beautiful ocean front view was huge. The whole condo was very spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. Nothing was needed to add to their stay. The view from the lanai was fantastic! Whales and turtles were seen everyday. Being close to the pool (right down the stairs) was an added bonus. The vacation and the unit was everything I dreamed it would be. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a beautiful,clean condo in a perfect setting.

  Beautiful condo, very well equipped. The reservation prrocess was smooth, the owner kind and helpful, and getting there easy and fast ( about 1 hr from the airport) There is a reasonable supermarket very close, and a strip mall (including a Safeway and Longs drugs) a few minutes by car. If you are going to Maui, this condo is an excellent option!

  We loved every minute of our stay in your condo. The view from the living room, master bedroom and lanai is unbelievable gorgeous!! The kitchen was well-equipped, and it was great having extra snorkle and golf equipment available. We enjoyed the Papakea, our boys loved the pool and shuffleboard. We liked being within walking distance to the ABC store, a grocery store and several restaurants. Our favorite activities: boogie boarding at DT Fleming Beach, snorkling in Napili (lots of turtles!), Royal Lahaina Luau, tour to Hana, Maui Zipline, walking and playing along the beach just south of the Papakea. Our favorite restaurants: Gazebo in Napili, Aloha Mixed Plate in Lahaina, CJ's Deli, and our boys loved shave ice!. We also bought some delicious fresh ahi from the Fish Market, which we grilled at the condo. Rachelle answered all questions immediately when we were in the booking process, made it go very smoothly. We will definitely be back!

  Just like last time, everything was perfect--no glitches of any kind. The only problem is now we want to move to Maui! Thank you Rachelle for a stress free vacation once again. We'll be back to enjoy the waves, breathtaking views and serenity. Diane and Gary

  The condo is wonderful! Clean, comfortable and updated. Walking into the unit with the view of the Pacific and Molakai is breath-taking! Watching whales and sunsets from your lanai is simply the best. The owners are wonderful to work with - reserving and information given in a great and timely manner. This was our 9th year at Papakea and we will hopefully return to this unit again! Mahalo!

  We had a really lovely time at this condo, which is right on the water. We saw whales from the lanai and went to sleep with the loud but soothing sound of the waves. The resort is large but surprisingly quiet and low-key. The kids enjoyed the pool and we used the barbecues to grill fish from the fish market right down the street. Unfortunately, we encountered a good amount of rain, so we didn't get to use the beach in front of the condo as much as we would have liked. (Instead, we drove south where we found great beaches and more sun.) However, if there had been more sun the beach outside would have been a great place to lay in the sun or play in the sand. On our last day, we had better weather so we walked about 10-15 minutes south and found an impressively large coral reef with very calm snorkeling. When we dunked our heads under the water, we could even vaguely hear the whale songs--very cool! The condo itself was well-equipped and comfortable for two couples and two kids. The only thing that we didn't have but could have used was a Brita pitcher for the fridge. The owner was very helpful and wonderful to work with! For the price we paid, I can't imagine there is a better deal in Maui. Thanks again!

  This is our 2nd time staying in your lovely condo, and the 3rd time at Papakea. View: The view from your condo is spectacular! We watched whales, turtles, and all kinds of water activities from the lanai. Location: The location is great! We walked to the farmer's market just down the street once or twice a week and picked up fresh fruit and bread sold from the local farmers. Delicious! There are a number of great restaurants close-by when you want to dine out. Fully Stocked: We loved how your condo comes fully equipped for cooking, and barbequing at the poolside is so easy. Activities: There are many activities to do, but one of our favorites is the catamaran to Lanai for the day. We went snorkeling at some wonderful beaches to the south, and we enjoyed riding the waves at some of the beaches to the north. The beach at the condo was very pleasant for either snorkeling or swimming. Overall: Everyone was very nice at Papakea and the grounds were kept immaculate. We so enjoyed sitting on the lanai, going to the beach, and all the other activities. We hope to venture back one day.

  We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, well appointed, completely updated condo. The master bedroom at oceanfront was so beautiful. The surf completely masked any noise at night yielding a peaceful night's sleep. We would love to return! The added details of beach towels, boogie board, snorkeling gear, etc. we're appreciated.
