  Love the quiet location! All descriptions and photos were accurate. The condo was very spacious and the owner is very easy to work with. Our whole family said they want to go back. I do agree with many statements made by other reviewers, both good and bad. I would have preferred it to be a little cleaner when we arrived. However, the spacious rooms, quiet area, and overall GOOD experience far outweighed a dirty shower curtain (that really should be replaced) or saggy mattress.

  We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse condo. Condo is not right on the water but you do have a view of the bay from the balcony. As one reviewer mentioned, the condo sleeps 6-8 but there is limited seating in living area, 3-4. Nice dining room & Laundry room. Bath-tub & shower curtain was dirty in master bath. We would come back here again.

  We stayed here while we were in town to adopt our child. This required a flexible timeframe and the owner worked with us on the dates. He even added the Wi-Fi to the unit, which we needed while there. The unit was big enough for us. The carpet was dirty and the owner had left a note apologizing for the carpet condition. The kitchen supplies were low and we had to buy some of our own while there. I think the cleaning supplies were minimal also. The multi-level design was great for us so there was a sound separation with the newborn baby. The rooms were good size. As previously notes, there could be more furniture in living room. The area was quiet. Due to time of year, we did not really take advantage of the amenities. Overall, it was a good place - would go back.

  We were there for a week. Only minor repairs needed to be made (tightening of some doorknobs and bathroom fixtures.) We loved the area. It was very quiet, and everybody in the complex was very friendly. We enjoyed a great stay, in a very clean place. I would highly recommend this to family and friends. Satisfied vacationer from Memphis. We would stay again, in a heartbeat!

  We had pretty high expecations based on the five star reviews left by other guests, but those expecations were not met. First the good: -Location is great. Very close to beautiful beaches. It's nice and quiet. Nice view of the water from both balconies (though it is not overlooking the bay). -Everything in the condo is in good working order (nice cold refrigerator, air conditioner works great, washer and dryer in good working order, etc.) Now the Not So Good: -Very poorly stocked with basic essentials. We arrived to find that there was no toilet paper, no paper towels, no trash bags, no dish detergent, no laundry soap. I contacted the owner and let him know, and he was apologetic, but didn't offer to resolve the issue. -The kitchen is nice but lacks essentials if you plan to cook some meals in the condo (no cutting board, no mixing bowls, the pots and pans are in rough shape). If you do plan to cook meals while here, be sure to bring everything you think you might need in order to cook. -Poorly Cleaned. Floor had not been swept, counters had not been wiped down, there was a large sticky spot in the middle of the kitchen floor. -Furniture very uncomfortable and not enough of it. For a condo that sleeps six to eight, I'd expect there to be adequate seating for that number of people. There is one sofa and matching chair, both very uncomfortable. Full size bed in the master bedroom has a matress that sags terribly. My wife and I ended up sleeping on the twin beds in another bedroom becausee the other bed was so uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience recommend this condo. For the money there are likely much nicer places available.

  This unit description is perfect. We had a relaxing week with the family in the unit. Everything was clean and well stocked when we arrived with the essentials (plenty of towels, linens, soap, laundry detergent etc). The kids enjoyed the shallow beach every day and we also enjoyed the pool several days in March - the water felt great in the sun. The neighbors were very friendly (when we saw them) and otherwise, we enjoyed beautiful views and the bay breeze and the wonderful family beaches in Orange Beach and Perdido. Restaurants were more than 10 miles away so plan for this if you are not used to driving long distances. Thanks to the owner for being so responsive through email and for the extremely fast WiFi (we used our Wii to stream NetFlix). Beautiful & peaceful part of the country!

  We had a great time at the condo! Setting up the rental was easy - Nick was very responsive and PayPal is great!   I just back from there and Nick provide a excellent services, the places was Nice, Cleaning, really homely. I love it, now I can tell that we have place in Pensacola FL. I highly recommend (+A)
