The house is tastefully decorated and furnished, with dining areas in the lounge, kitchen and on the back a fully screened porch. The master bathroom is huge with twin vanities, a separate shower and large round bathtub. There are two adult mountain bikes in the external shed for the use of guests, and two children's cycles. The rear patio, which gets the sun from about 11a.m. until sunset, features all weather chairs and loungers.
The rear porch. 26' by 10' also has seating and has a 27" TV with an Xbox console and games. The lounge area can comfortably seat eight or more persons, and is perfect for putting your feet up after a long day at the theme parks or shopping.
For the more active there are a number of fast food places and a bar at the entrance to the estate, within easy walking distance, and further along the US 192, numerous restaurants and shops.
Vista Del Lago is a gated community with 24 hour security, with many amenities which are free to guests. There are three swimming pools, and two hot tubs, the nearest pool to our house is a two minute walk.
We have provided all linens, including beach towels, hair driers, straighteners, hot brush etc, and have just added Wi-Fi broadband Internet (access by prior arrangement with owners). We can also cater for babies with sufficient notice. All in all, we have tried to make it a home away from home, and from our guests comments over the last five years, we have been very successful!

Year Purchased: 2004
Jeff and I have been visiting Florida for many years, and finally took the plunge in 2004 and bought the bungalow, finally realizing that we didn't really want to go any where else. We look forward to our twice yearly visits (and I sometimes manage to sneak another one in for some retail therapy!), even though we spend half our time decorating and upgrading the house and garden, it's a fabulous place to either just chill out, or do the nearby Theme parks.
Why the Owner Chose Other Kissimmee Properties
We have stayed in hotels, condo's and villa's before we bought the home at Vista. We rented a friends home in October 2003, and just loved the relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and the feeling of security it had. It's in a perfect position for Walt Disney World, (in fact the Animal Kingdom is almost next door) and all the other major Orlando attractions.
The Unique Benefits of this Bungalow
We have tried to provide as many amenities for guests as possible, so you don't have to bring so much luggage (and more room for all the purchases you make!) There are books, DVD's, music CDs, binoculars for watching the local wildlife on the lake, tennis racquets, basketball etc. etc. This is in addition to the estate facilities, with a fabulous reception and clubhouse area, kiddies pool, pool room, lakeside beach area etc
