"Bryanville USA" is located on 20 acres of absolute privacy. This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is a all year around destination. This is a place you will never want to leave!
Spend your days lounging around the pool, fishing in the pond, panning for gold in the creek, or just taking a hike in the mountains. Enjoy BBQs at the pool using our outdoor kitchen. Relax in the jacuzzi and listen to the waterfalls or enjoy the view of the pond. At sunrise and sunset watch the deer as they come to graze on the grass and drink from the pond. The 4/Bedroom, 3/Bath home has all the amenities one could want. A fully stocked kitchen awaits you. The family room has a free standing fireplace and a large screen satellite TV with a VCR. Living room has a free standing fireplace too! The deck wraps around the house with the most spectacular views. There is a BBQ off the rear deck and a waterfall to listen to. This is a wonderful location for large events, reunions, or weddings.
"Bryanville USA" sits on the old Comstock Gold Mine. You will find an old historical rock building that was used during the days of gold mining. So try your luck at gold panning in the creek that flows through the property! The springtime brings new born baby ducks and quail at the pond. The fawns follow their Mom's around learning all about life. Wildflowers bloom and the 100 year old apple trees bloom in the orchard. Summer months are great for swimming, BBQs, and fishing in our catch and release pond. During the fall the apple trees are ready to be picked and the fall leaves start to turn to the most gorgeous red, gold, and burnt orange colors. Then comes the quiet snowflakes of winter blanketing the ground with tiny glistening lights that make "Bryanville USA" look so majestic.
Quaint little towns for you to explore surround the area. There are 4 lakes if you like to go boating. Pinecrest lake, Lake Tulloch, New Melones Dam, Lake Don Pedro all within 30 minutes. Wonderful restaurants and wineries are also a way to get out and about. During the summer months Twain Harte has outdoor "Movies in the Park" on Friday nights and "Concert in the Pines" on Saturday nights. Twain Harte also has a golf course and a miniature golf course. There are also several larger golf courses surrounding the area too! Dodge Ridge Ski Resort offers skiing and there are many cross country ski areas as well as snow sledding and snowmobiling. If you enjoy gambling you are only 20 minutes away from Black Oak Casino! This is a Indian Casino ran by the Mi- Wuk Indian Tribe. There is fun here for the whole family. Great gaming on the main floor and bowling, arcade, and sports bar and a restaurant on the lower level. Black Oak also has one of the finest restaurants in the area. Be sure to try Seven Sisters it is a real treat!

Why the Owner Chose Twain Harte
This is such an easy drive for a quick weekend getaway. Just 2 hours from the San Francisco bay area and 3 hours from the Monterey Peninsula. A Easy drive from San Jose airport, Sacramento Airport, San Francisco Airport as well as Oakland Airport. If you are a skier we have lakes for the summer and Dodge Ridge Ski Resort for the winter. Fishing is a great past time in one of the many streams and rivers. Or just go right out the door and walk down to our catch and release pond. Golfing is another great past time you can enjoy just minutes away. If you are a shopper there are many quaint shops in the little towns and villages. There is always something going on here community fairs, art and craft festivals, frog jumping contests, rodeos, parades and so much more. So if you like to keep yourself busy you can always find something to do. Or if you just want to relax you will not be able to find a better place then our little piece of paradise "Bryanville USA"!
The Unique Benefits at this Single Family
When you drive through the gates of "Bryanville USA" you will realize that you made the right choice coming here. You come upon the pond to your right and the apple orchard to the left. Drive on up the road to the home and the beautiful pool is a very inviting sight. You are here in your very own private resort. My family always take their stuff in the house drop it, and put on their swim suits, and are in the pool the first 5 minutes we are here. There is a full BBQ kitchen at the pool with 2 small refigerators and a ice maker. Bring your Ipod for your listening favorites and just enjoy! The pool is heated and has beautiful blue, pink, purple or white lights for the evening swim. Relax in the spa that sits 10 easily and listen to the waterfalls. The view is of the pond and the water fountain lights up at night! If you enjoy fishing we invite you to try your luck. We only ask that you release them. You will find turtles and bull frogs hanging around on the pond bank. During the fall months the apple tree are full of apples and we invite you to pick all that you would like to have. They make great pies.
The home is 2900 sq. ft. and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with king size beds and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. We also have 3 blow up air beds and 2 floor mats for sleeping. My kids like to sleep out on the back deck under the stars! The kitchen has every amenity you could think of. We have table that seats 8 in the kitchen and a dining room table that seats 8. Also tables out on the back deck for eating outside. We have kids board games, satelite TV's, VCR's, piano for inside entertainment. For outside fun we have a crochet set, bow and arrows and a large target for the archery buffs. There are gold pans for the creek and fishing poles. If you like to hike we have 20 acres for you to explore. I promise you this, you will never want to go home!

As a child my family owned a cabin in Twain Harte,Ca. and we would spend the entire summer there. What great memories! So as my husband and I talked about buying a cabin for our family it just was a natural thing to go back up to the Sierras. We looked at many cabins and then we found this gorgeous place with 20 acres. I told my husband I do not even want to look at it! I do not want to take care of 20 acres. Well he insisted! We drove onto the property and the first thing we see is the pond. That was so breath taking and I could just imagine all the hours my kids and grandkids would spend fishing the pond. I turned to my husband and I said I think I'm home!
