Our beautiful townhouse was built in 2007. It is located in the upscale community of Breakwater in Lewes, Delaware. It is located east of Highway 1 just outside of the historic town of Lewes Delaware. The town is just a short bike ride away. Also, located just down the road is beautiful Cape Henlopen State Park. Inside the park, visitors can enjoy the most beautiful beaches in the area or ride bikes along their scenic trails.
The new Rehoboth bike trails begin at the entrance of the Breakwater community and take you to the outlets without ever seeing route 1! What a way to travel! We’ve even ridden to the Rehoboth boardwalk for a dip in the ocean! The boardwalk also will entertain your family with rides and games galore.
The Townhouse itself is warm and inviting. It has many windows and a very open floor plan. The first floor master suite is perfect for those not able to climb stairs. The floors are tiled except in the bedroom and living room area. This town home is designed for relaxing and enjoying your time away from busy everyday life. A 50" flat screen TV is available for your viewing pleasure. A full kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops is ready for your use. A screened in porch is a perfect way to enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise over the pond just a stones throw away. The sound of the fountain is soothing to your ears.
The kids will enjoy a full size swimming pool with water slides, hot tub, and playground. A State of the art gas grill and granite counter tops make the pool area a great place to entertain your friends. A fully equipped fitness center with flat screen TV’s are an added luxury.

We have been coming to the Delaware beaches all of our lives. We enjoy the natural beauty of the Cape Henlopen State Park as well as the excitement of the Rehoboth board walk. Our children enjoy sunbathing, skin boarding, and more at all of the local beaches! We are sure you will find the town of Lewes as charming as we do!
