Beautiful 3 bedroom home located just minutes walk to the beach!
Designer furnishings and builders extras fill the home. The home has two covered porches one in the front and one in the back to sit back and relax.
The master bedroom has a king size, Tempur-Pedic bed and separate closets. The master bath has two vanities, a whirlpool tub and a separate, newly renovated shower.
The second bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed with a door that opens to a patio. The third bedroom also has a comfy queen bed. There is an oversized bathroom that joins the second and third bedrooms. The bathroom has two large vanities, a shower and a door that takes you to the second story patio.
The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets and upscale countertops with a breakfast bar. The living room is very large with plenty of room for some extra sleeping. We have included a king size air mattress that can be spit to make two single beds. The 12,000 square foot lagoon pool is a short walk away and has two waterfalls, a fountain, two bathhouses and shaded areas for the little ones. There is also golf cart service that will provide you a ride to the pool and beach.
You are only a few blocks from the 16 mile paved bicycle path running along 30-A. World class golf courses only three minutes away.
Walk to Rosemary Beach shopping and restaurants. Seaside and Watercolor only five miles away.
