This condo has been completely renovated. It has 16x16 tiles throughout including the deck. All of the woodwork and door trim has been replaced. Crown molding was added along with a chair rail and beadboard wainscoting in the hallway, bunks, kitchen and bedroom. The bath has the same tile to the ceiling with decorative inserts and a tumbled marble countertop. The bar in the kitchen was moved out and a new wall of cabinets was added along with granite tile countertops with a tumbled marble backsplash. Even the furred down air conditioning in the kitchen was re-routed to totally open the kitchen up to the family area and increase the Gulf view while cooking.
All light fixtures were replaced and new wiring was added to put reading lights in each bunk bed and a plug added to the end of the foyer for a lamp. The kitchen and bath sinks and faucets were also replaced. Built in shelving was added to the corner and 3 small shelves were also added to the end of the kitchen cabinets. There is a decorative built in column next to the refrigerator and at the corner of the bunk beds. Since we sleep with a ceiling fan at home, we added wiring and installed a ceiling fan in the bedroom. We also added an owner's closet but we leave it empty and open to provide additional storage for our guests. We added a lot of detail so this condo would be special and more luxurious.

We are proud to offer our vacation condo to you for rental. You will love the relaxed beachfront comfort in this low density condominium complex. There is nothing more relaxing than taking an early morning walk on the sugar white beach and listening to the sounds of the surf and the sea gulls. Why the Owner Chose Seacrest
West Beach is very family oriented and not filled with high density condos. You will not feel that someone is invading your personal space while enjoying the beach. We are located only minutes from restaurants and entertainment including water parks and putt-putt golf and shopping! There are also many golf courses nearby. The wilderness of the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge on Ft Morgan Road is excellent for hiking and bird watching. The Backcountry Trail off Canal Road has miles of trails for biking and walking complete with bathrooms, water fountains and picnic facilities. Our 4th floor unit makes for a perfect dolphin watching experience from our private balcony.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our unit includes a king size bed in the bedroom and hall bunks with their own overhead lights for reading in bed. There is a pocket door that closes the hallway bunk area from the kitchen and family room so you can put the children to bed in quiet and darkness. This is a great unit for a young family or a couple wanting to escape the stress of everyday life. The living room sofa also makes into a queen bed. We have Wifi available as well as a TV in the family room and bedroom. Additionally, you will have access to the DVD/VCR equipment and stereo. Seacrest includes a beachside pool with restrooms and a hot tub. There is also a private grilling area.
