The perfect family house. Located on Lover’s Lake, this house has it’s own private beach for swimming, fishing, canoes, sailboats or rowboats. It is a three minute drive to down town Chatham, or to a beautiful Nantucket Sound beach.
Seven sliding glass doors overlook the beautiful fresh water lake. The main deck, 24 by ten feet wide, seats your family and friends and includes a table big enough for your entire family. The master suite deck is perfect for your morning coffee and newspaper. The upstairs deck, over 24 feet long, connects the two upstairs bedrooms and offers amazing views.
This house was recently renovated and painted from top to bottom.
The main floor includes a large, open kitchen with gas stove, microwave and dishwasher, family room with television for relaxing, 29 foot living and dining room, queen size bedroom, full bath and 23 by 13 foot king size master suite with private half bath and deck.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom; a queen size bedroom and a twin bedroom with four twin size beds (two separate twins and a hi-riser bed).
Amenities include premium cable TV, DVD/VCR, two wood fireplaces, WiFi Broadband, gas barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ping pong table, beach chairs, cooler and beach toys, etc., large private yard and private outdoor shower.
