If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in paradise, this is where you should be. There is no one to hound you about buying a timeshare, wanting to braid your hair or make the deal of the day. You won't find the commercialized venues (i.e. McDonald's, night clubs, etc.) but you will find incredible local cuisine that is caught fresh and can't be beat. The property is minutes away from Georgetown Airport.
The views are absolutely breathtaking. Looking out at the infinity pool and ocean seems as if the water never ends. The sand at the beach is white and soft like powder sugar. There is always a warm comfortable breeze to keep you relaxed.
One of the most amazing attributes of the Exumas is the beautiful turquoise water. The night sky without all the city lights is endless. This property is very family friendly. There is golf down the road at the Sandals Resort and many great restaurants and excursions to go on.
The local Bahamians are kind and courteous. You don't have to worry about drinking the water or eating certain foods. Great Exuma Island is about 150 miles from Nassau. It is about a 45 minute plane ride from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami International.

We fell in love with this island about 11 years ago and actually bought land on our first visit. It was purely an investment. We had the opportunity to buy into this beautiful development and sold our other land to make the purchase. It's an outrageously beautiful place with full-time management and all the amenities the seasoned traveler is looking for in a vacation property. Money well spent!

The close proximity to the airport can't be beat. Your vacation home is within a few minutes from the airport. Private pool and jacuzzi; private beach. The new Sandels resort is ten minutes away with an 18 hole Greg Norman designed golf course, deep water marina and full service grocery store, liquor store and post office. Our location is by far the best on the island
