Very spacious, open, and clean 2200 square foot, 5 bedroom, 3 full bath townhome with GORGEOUS panoramic views from our cove location! Sleeps 14 people comfortably with plenty of room for everyone to spread out on three large levels. Bedrooms feature 1 king and 6 queen beds. Perfect for several couples or a large family gathering. Experience an awesome main channel lake view from one of the two open decks or screened deck/room. To enjoy the view from indoors, both living areas feature a full wall of floor to ceiling windows. You'll also overlook the pool directly in front of our unit and only steps from our lower level deck, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids. If you prefer to swim in the lake, a large swim dock is available.
This townhome has a fully appointed kitchen including coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave as well as filtered drinking water and ice from the refrigerator. For your convenience, a washer, dryer, and Weber gas grill are provided. Cable TV is available in both living rooms and in most of the bedrooms. Bed linens and towels are provided. To further meet the needs of our guests, wireless internet (WI-FI) is now included.
NOTE: This is not a "Party Home". We are in a small complex of only 10 units with some permanent residents. Rental will be to responsible adults only.
IDEAL LOCATION, only minutes from great shopping, golf courses, dining, amusement parks, and entertainment. By water, we're located at the 2.5 mile marker, and by land, we're just off Route HH/Horseshoe Bend Parkway, with all paved roads to the door.

Year Purchased: 2009
THE OWNERS: Jerry is retired from a career with the Highway Patrol and spends most of his time either with a fishing rod in his hand or a hammer (working on that long honey-do list). Joyce, Jerry's wife, works part time at a family medical office. The couple have 4 grown children and 8 wonderful grandchildren. Their daughter, Angie, is a Doctor of Pharmacy and is also the mother of two beautiful daughters. Another daughter, Sarah, is a stay-at-home mom with two young children and another due to arrive in August of 2010. Her husband, Brandon, has a career in IT.
Why the Owner Chose Horseshoebend
Growing up in Jefferson City, our family always went to the lake on weekends as a place to have a wonderful time and still not be very far from home. We would go for extended stays in the summer months. We've been looking for our own lake home for a number of years, and decided it was time. We have always loved the Horseshoebend area because of its beauty and convenience to anything and everything around the Lake area. The amazing views from this quiet complex along with the openness and large size of the townhome were major factors in our decision to buy here. Not only is this our personal retreat, we would love to give others the opportunity to create some wonderful memories while staying at the Lake of the Ozarks.

In addition to the Million Dollar View, great pool and extremely convenient location to everything the Lake has to offer, we want our guests to know that cleanliness is our number one priority. We have stayed at a number of vacation rentals and nothing turns us off more than finding unclean accommodations. We strive to provide a place where everyone will feel comfortable and right at home.
