You will absolutely love this immaculate Del Webb 3 bedroom home. Tastefully decorated and thoroughly comfortable with all the amenities you will need to make your stay memorable. The kitchen is fully stocked with platters, serving dishes, wine glasses for you to entertain any new friends made at Anthem. The living room is equipped with a double reclining couch and two recliners for maximum comfort while watching the 42 inch flat screen HDTV or listening to the stereo. Snuggle in with your favorite book in the cozy den/reading room with two overstuffed chairs and ottomans and an electric fireplace for those cool nights. The two secondary bedrooms have queen size beds and adequate closet space for any guests. The master bedroom has a California King bed and is very comfortable. Have your breakfast in bed while watching the 42 inch HDTV.
The laundry room is conveniently located off of the kitchen area.
The professionally landscaped backyard features a gas fire pit for those chilly nights. The covered patio has built-in stereo speakers. The patio furniture is perfect for entertaining.
Union Center is the hub at Anthem. A 48,000 sq ft state-of-the-art complex with a calendar of events for all tastes. The Poston Butte golf course is a Troon golf resort with 5 different tees for all levels.
A brand new Safeway (with a Starbucks inside) is at the entrance to Anthem.

I have been coming to Florence all of my life. My mother grew up here and was Florence High School homecoming queen in 1955! When I first saw the development at Anthem and saw the amenities, I knew I had to own in this community. We absolutely love our home at Anthem and hope that you will too!
