This is a brand new property located conveniently just south of Carolina Beach and just north of Fort Fisher. It is a quiet and safe community and is very suitable to families. The house was just furnished in june of 2009 and it was the first time it had been occupied. We have really enjoyed sharing it with the families that have chosen us! There are lots of family activities in the area, the ft fisher aquarium and the civil war battle site, the paddle boat pond and on sunday nights they invite you to bring your chairs and your families and watch a family movie by the pond, on thursday nights there are fire works on the beach and the board walk has rides and games also.

RATES TO $4250 PER WEEK DURING HIGH SEASON AND STAY BETWEEN $3250 AND $3750
DURING THE OFF SEASON WE LOVE BEING ABLE TO OFFER AN ALL INCLUSIVE RATE
WITH LINENS AND TAXES INCLUDED THE ONLY ADDITIONAL CHARGE IS THE $175
