Charming, cosy apartment with TERRACE, set in downtown Barcelona on the tree-lined avenue “Passeig Pujades” a pleasant and safe residential neighbourhood. Its an ideal location to explore the city within walking distance to nearly all the sights but you can escape the crowds of the Old City with just a short walk.

Immaculately clean neat as a pin with everything you'll need. SECURE building with porter in a pleasant and safe residential neighbourhood. 2 ELEVATORS.

The sunny terrace overlooks Ciutadella Park can seem like a break from the busy city and is wonderful for relaxing enjoying the sunny days. A leisurely breakfast or evening wine on the terrace just set the mood for each enjoyable days of discovery.

Everything that you need is nearby. Supermarkets, banks, restaurants, terrace-cafes, laundry, pharmacy, dentist and a doctor are on your doorstep. All within one block!

Double room with 2 beds (105cm.each) - SINGLE bedroom, LIVING/dining room, possibility another bed in the living room.

KITCHEN fully equipped, washing maschine,microwave,fridge,toaster, coffemaker,iron/board and some items: cafe,tea, milk, sugar, water and cookies as a welcome.

BATHROOM with shower,hair dryer.

Along the way to the traditional food market Santa Caterina , you can stop in one of the terrace cafes and in a few minutes you’ll get to the medieval neighbourhood known as El Born. It is a great buzzing area to lounge on terraces by day and sip cocktails by night. Picasso Museum, Palau de la Musica, is there.

Thank you so very much for the use of your wonderful apartment and specially for making it so much like a home away from home. The coffee, milk, and muffins were also so very much appreciated the morning we woke up!We sat on the balcony and played cards every evening before dinner. It was lovely.
We enjoyed watching the green birds that looked a little like parrots and we think we heard the elephant from the zoo once. While walking down Wellington Street oneevening,we saw the lion up behind the fence and it roared at us! It was such a sight! The location was just perfect. Thank you also so very much for the restaurants recommendations! We liked Barcelona very much and will be sure to come back sometime.

We returned from a one week stay in Barcelona. We stayed in Dolores' flat which was an immaculate place, pleasant, centrally located, clean with a beautiful balcony to enjoy the view of the park.
But most of all it is Dolores who can turn anybody's stay to a wonderful experience. This is our first time staying in a flat instead of a hotel and with a landlady like Dolores I would always do that. We went through some hard personal experiences, but Dolores was there for us including late at night, or early in the morning. She is an exceptional person always ready to help and be there for you! I wish there would be more people like you in this world!!!

Comment: My daughter recommended we stay in Dolores's apartment because she had visited before with friends and thought it was ideal. I found that everything in the apartment was suitable for my needs as I have some mobility problems. Dolores was a wonderful host and knowledgable guide to her city, which added incalcuably to our experience. She went out of her way to cater for my needs and her thoughtfulness was really appreciated. The visit wouldn't have been the same without her.

It's central location, opposite a large park, allows for a liesurely walk for relaxation and / or desired services. But, its strength is its host-Dolores. She is genuinely friendly and committed to seeing that your stay is an enjoyable one. Her numerous suggestions as to what to see and do, and her walking and driving tours, will get you to the "real" Barcelona. With services in English, Spanish, French and German, you will be assured that your stay will be a most pleasant one.

  • I have stayed at Dolores apartment on several occasions. The location is very central. Walking distance to downtown, the beach, and the train station. The area is very safe and charming with the beautiful Parque de la Ciutadella in front of the building. There are also grocery shops nearby. The apartment is spotless and fully equipped. Dolores is a wonderful lady, very easy going and most helpful. Don’t hesitate to stay at this lovely apartment and meet Dolores.

  • We had a wonderful stay in Dolores ' apartment! The location was perfect with the beautiful park across the street, the excellent coffee shop down the block and close to all transportation. We had 3 stops in Spain and thanks to Dolores, Barcelona was the best! She gave us a personal walking tour and took us to the best basque Tapas restaurant. She was a joy to be around. The apartment was everything we hoped, quaint, and perfectly equipped. A wonderful memory, indeed.
