Charming and cosy apartment with SUNNY TERRACE faces CIUTADELLA PARC.Immaculately clean neat as a pin with everything you'll need. SECURE building with concierge in a safe and pleasant residential neighbourhood. 3rd floor, 2 ELEVATORS.

Set in downtown, on the tree-lined avenue PASSEIG PUJADES an ideal location to explore the city. You are within walking distance to nearly all the sights but you can escape the crowds of the Old City with just a short walk. BEACHES,RAMBLAS at 15-minute walk away.

Just round the corner from the apartment, you will find supermarket, bank, laundry, kiosk (to buy bus/metro tickets), pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and a dentist and a doctor who both speak English. ALL WITHIN A BLOCK!

The terrace overlooks the Park can seem like a break from the busy city and is wonderful for relaxing enjoying the sunny days. A leisurely breakfast or evening wine on the terrace just set the mood for each enjoyable days of discovery.

Along the way to the traditional food market “Santa Caterina” you can stop in one of numerous terrace cafes and within few minutes you´ll be in the medieval neighbourhood EL BORN. Picasso Museum and the Gothic Quarter are all nearby.

TWIN bedroom - SINGLE bedroom, LIVING/dining room,possibility of another bed in the living room.

KITCHEN fully equipped, washing maschine,microwave,fridge,toaster, kettle, coffemaker,iron/board and some :cafe,tea, milk, sugar, cookies and some fruits as a welcome.

CIUTADELLA PARK (Central Park of Barcelona) is the perfect place to relax or jog. It houses the Barcelona Zoo. It has a peaceful atmosphere and pleasant attributes such as the waterfall and the lake which will give you the feeling of being far from the city. Stroll over to the lake and rent a rowboat can be a great way to end a day´s sightseeing.

We returned from a one week stay in Barcelona. We stayed in Dolores' flat which was an immaculate place, pleasant, centrally located, clean with a beautiful balcony to enjoy the view of the park.
But most of all it is Dolores who can turn anybody's stay to a wonderful experience. This is our first time staying in a flat instead of a hotel and with a landlady like Dolores I would always do that. We went through some hard personal experiences, but Dolores was there for us including late at night, or early in the morning. She is an exceptional person always ready to help and be there for you! I wish there would be more people like you in this world!!!

Comment: My husband, 13 year old grandson and I recently stayed in Delores' Barcelona apartment. We truly cannot think of a better or lovlier "lodging" in any city. The location across from the park was perfect, and the terrace was wonderful - when we weren't sleeping we were enjoying the breeze and view from the terrace. Of course, Delores' hospitality made the vacation the happy memory it is. She even managed to talk our grandson into trying out his first year Spanish.

Comment: We spent 3 nights at this wonderful place. The location is perfect being across from the park and close to the old town. Dolores is a true ambassador to her city. We have three young daughters who traveled with us and Dolores made us all feel very welcomed. She drove us around to all the sights, even fantastic things that are not in the guide books. We had great conversations with her over tapas in the evenings and she even met us at the train station when we arrived.

  • For value, comfort, and access to the sights and sounds of Barcelona, this is the place. Everything you need is here in the apartment. It's central location, opposite a large park, allows for a liesurely walk for relaxation and / or desired services. But, its strength is its host-Dolores. She is genuinely friendly and committed to seeing that your stay is an enjoyable one. Her numerous suggestions as to what to see and do, and her walking and driving tours, will get you to the "real" Barcelona. With services in English, Spanish, French and German, you will be assured that your stay will be a most pleasant one.

  • I have stayed at Dolores apartment on several occasions. The location is very central. Walking distance to downtown, the beach, and the train station. The area is very safe and charming with the beautiful Parque de la Ciutadella in front of the building. There are also grocery shops nearby. The apartment is spotless and fully equipped. Dolores is a wonderful lady, very easy going and most helpful. Don’t hesitate to stay at this lovely apartment and meet Dolores.

  • We had a wonderful stay in Dolores ' apartment! The location was perfect with the beautiful park across the street, the excellent coffee shop down the block and close to all transportation. We had 3 stops in Spain and thanks to Dolores, Barcelona was the best! She gave us a personal walking tour and took us to the best basque Tapas restaurant. She was a joy to be around. The apartment was everything we hoped, quaint, and perfectly equipped. A wonderful memory, indeed.
