Located in downtown Barcelona, set on the tree-lined avenue “Paseo Pujades”, facing Ciutadella Park.Ideal for exploring the city, as well all the sights are within walking distance,but you can escape the crowds of the Old City with just a short walk. Bus and metro station:“Arc de Triomf” is right there and the BEACHES are at 10 min.walking.
Along the way to the Old City you have the traditional FOOD MARKET Santa Caterina, you can stop in one of numerous terrace cafes and in few minutes, you get to a medieval district known as "EL BORN", the PICASSO Museum is in the same area.
The SUNNY TERRACE overlooks the Park, providing a break from the busy city, is wonderful for relaxing enjoying the sunny days. Have a leisurely breakfast just to set the mood to each enjoyable day of discovery, or an evening wine on the terrace enjoying the breeze for the perfect end to the day.

CIUTADELLA PARK which is directly in front of the apartment is the perfect place to relax and jog. It houses the Barcelona Zoo.
You can sip a beer at the no-frills cafe opposite.A leisurely, purposeless float around the small lake is a great restorative after a hard day of navigating this hopping city.

Comment: Our stay in this apartment was a wondeful experience. Directly facing the Park,lovely view. Everything we needed was right there.We took advantage of the tours offered by Dolores who was a warm and charming guide. Not knowing the language or the city, her guidance and enthusiasm made it possible to see much more of the city and get more out of our visit than we would have on our own. This apartment was comfortable, homey, clean and very attractive with beautiful new Spanish tiles all around.

We returned from a one week stay in Barcelona. We stayed in Dolores' flat which was an immaculate place, pleasant, centrally located, clean with a beautiful balcony to enjoy the view of the park.
But most of all it is Dolores who can turn anybody's stay to a wonderful experience. This is our first time staying in a flat instead of a hotel and with a landlady like Dolores I would always do that. We went through some hard personal experiences, but Dolores was there for us including late at night, or early in the morning. She is an exceptional person always ready to help and be there for you! I wish there would be more people like you in this world!!!

Comment: My husband, 13 year old grandson and I recently stayed in Delores' Barcelona apartment. We truly cannot think of a better or lovlier "lodging" in any city. The location across from the park was perfect, and the terrace was wonderful - when we weren't sleeping we were enjoying the breeze and view from the terrace. Of course, Delores' hospitality made the vacation the happy memory it is. She even managed to talk our grandson into trying out his first year Spanish.

Comment: We spent 3 nights at this wonderful place. The location is perfect being across from the park and close to the old town. Dolores is a true ambassador to her city. We have three young daughters who traveled with us and Dolores made us all feel very welcomed. She drove us around to all the sights, even fantastic things that are not in the guide books. We had great conversations with her over tapas in the evenings and she even met us at the train station when we arrived.
