Apr-Oct: $1200/week, plus 9% county tax
Add a $100 housekeeping fee, plus 9% county tax
Provide a $200 damage deposit upon booking; refunded after successful inspection
50% of rental fee due 1 month prior to arrival; balance due 1 week before arrival.
In the event of damages to the property, renter will be responsible for repair.
Renter is responsible for supervising children and pets,
especially around pool and spa.
