Year Purchased: 1984
I grew up in Montauk and after getting married we decided to move back to Montauk to have our family and raise our children. It is truly a one of kind place to visit and live. The cottage is part of a cottage complex that we own and enjoy. We also own horses that we ride on the many trails available for walking, riding, and mountain biking. We love to fish, swim, surf, and many other outdoor sports. I also own a yarn shop know as Purl by the Sea and Nora Franzetti Real Estate Office.
