Spectacular bi-level condo with over 1500 square feet on the ocean in the incomparable Amelia Island Plantation. The building has its own large pool with protected sundeck and BBQ area, all overlooking the ocean. We are also just a few minutes from the resort's beach club. The upstairs has been completely renovated with new Italian tile throughout, new kitchen cabinets and granite counter top as well as beautiful new furniture in the dining and living rooms. It is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and living room upstairs. Downstairs are the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. In the living room is a sleep sofa that opens to a full size bed. The unit has a washer/dryer. There are 3 TVs, a DVD player, and numerous board games in the unit. Broadband Internet connection included! Non smokers only please.
Plantation amenities include 3 championship golf courses (Named "Silver Medal Golf Resort" by Golf Magazine, Amelia Island Plantation boasts 54 championship holes), tennis complex (Since its grand opening in 1974, Racquet Park has hosted some of the greatest names in tennis history. Graf, Navratilova, Evert, Hingis, Seles, Sampras, Connors and Agassi are among the legends that have graced its famed center court. The Women's Tennis Association has chosen it as home to the Bausch & Lomb Championships), Beach Club, Dunes Club, fitness center, and Spa. It was a beautiful home and the owner was very pleasant to work with. Just wish we could have stayed longer and the weather had been warmer, but it was nice for February.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Thank you to these wonderful owners for our fantastic stay in their very roomy, lovely and comfortable condo ! Sitting on the very large balcony each AM watching the sun come up while having our coffee was so relaxing! The trees surrounding this location are truly remarkable and we had a most enjoyable escape! This is a place we would definitely put on our return soon list !
