An adorable 3 bedroom house that sleeps a total of 6-10.There is a master bedroom,two bedrooms that sleep two each,a trundle bed on the sunporch and a full size futon. We include-FREE of Charge- all fresh laundered sheets and towels(even beach) and even a crib and bed gates(if you need them). There are Little Tyke toys in the shed that your little ones may use.

We do not mind two families sharing the house either. Most people feel they are staying with family and not in a rental. We have beach chairs for your use and bikes and helmets,games,puzzles and video's. There is a tv with vcr in both the living room and master bedroom.There is a double hammock in the yard and a deck under a beauiful maple tree. Also in the yard is an outdoor shower. The beach is a 5 minute walk-two to three minute jog. What more can you ask for? We fill up early, so if you are interested please let us know.

In the Summer: Wake to the sweet sounds of birds chirping as the sunrises on another beautiful Cape Cod morning. As you have your morning coffee on the deck under the ancient maple tree you can't help but wonder about the adventures of the famous Captain Linnell, as you glance at his former mansion from the deck.

But first things first the beach, is calling for you. Not even a quarter mile away is one of the most delightful beaches on all of Cape Cod and the best part is that by walking there you save a $10 a day parking fee. Sometimes the parking lot is full but you don't have to worry about that. It just feels so nice to walk. A quick or long outdoor shower and your ready to grab a bike and head on out to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail which is very easy to access from this adorable Cape Cod house.

Just make sure your home in time for the sunset at Skaket Beach for it is so awe inspiring. So much to do! So do come to Cape Cod and have a wonderful time. Life is too short to put it off another day. SIEZE THE VACATION DAY!!!.
