Very convenient location. Everything is within 1/2 hour at the very most and most Florida type recreation is either in walking distance or 5 to 10 minutes away. Absolutely beautiful Beach Best view in town.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Having my coffee in the morning out at the pool watching the boats. Walking to beach, having lunch at Tiki Bar and listening to music. Taking long walks on beach. Going on fishing boats 4 blocks away. Watching sunsets from my unit. Taking a swim after dinner and walking 10 feet into my house. Barbecuing only a short distance from my back door. I could be on any Island and it would not be better
