Tucked behind natural foliage, this 2/1 mobile home is the perfect spot for your Cedar Key vacation. Just 10 blocks to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, and a million miles from the cares of the world. Attractively and cheerfully painted, this might take you to the "funky side". Shaded by oaks and palms, with two porches, you can bring the entire family.
You'll spend most of your stay on the porch! Well shaded, with dining table for 4, a rocker, a swing- everyone will want to "be there". Step out your living room sliding doors, and you step into the real Florida. Quiet enough to hear the ospreys chirping, private enough to hear the fish splashing, the "Island" feel will "melt your troubles away Mon".
Two twin beds in the smaller bedroom, Queen bed in the master bedroom, separated by living room and eat-in kitchen. Washer and dryer in hall. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, TV and CD player, books, board games, playing cards and some toys; there is plenty of room and plenty to do for you and your family.
Ready to go fishing? Put in at the City Marina, only 10 blocks, spend the day catching trout, cobia, brim, grunts, and sea bass in shore, or bring the big boat and go out for grouper! We have a small dock, on the canal, depth 1-3 feet depending on tide-ready to unload your catch.
The small dock on the canal is the perfect end to a day of good fishing. Cleaning station with fresh water, a couple of lanterns if fun exceeds the sunlight hours, you are ready for anything.
Small enough for a weekend, large enough for a month, this undiscovered gem is waiting for you.
Want to be on a desert island but can’t just leave the world behind? Public access Wi-Fi is available at the City Library-10 blocks and public phones are 3 blocks in the event your cell signal dies.
Come to relax, be revitalized when you finally depart. (Be forewarned-we came for six weeks.......30+ years ago.)
