The property backs up against the National Forest where there are plenty of hiking, Mt. biking and snow showing trails in every direction! There is golfing, horseback riding, boating on Keystone Lake and Lake Dillon, and plenty of shopping all nearby.
As you enter the home from your heated driveway and garage, you enter a great room with 30 foot vaulted ceilings, a wet bar with wine and beer cooler and custom cabinets featuring a built in 70” television theatre system with plenty of DVD’s to enjoy.
There is a very large indoor hot tub (seats 6 to 8) with a private room to enjoy après ski music or to just hang out and relax from your day of biking and hiking.
There is a full kitchen with all the amenities, including a double oven for those large holiday gatherings. After dinner you can relax in front of the downstairs fireplace and read or play cards or just listen to music that can be distributed through the entire house or just one room.
The master bedroom is a sight to see, with a large custom built fireplace with a TV set that can swing around for a workout on the treadmill or a final movie as you crash from a busy day in the mountains. There is a large bunk room that comfortably sleeps six.
