We enjoyed our time in our apartment immensely. The herb garden, private patio & late afternoon barbeques created a sense of home we tried to recreate here, after we left.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
Owner response: Mark, Tak and their dog JAM (Japanese American Male) kept extending their stay and lived @ Baxter 5 for almost a year. They were wonderful tenants - sourly missed when they departed. About the owner: My family and I share in the day to day needs of Managing our fully furnished Apartments here in Echo Park. We chose Echo Park due to it's central location near 4 freeways, wilderness Preserve, shops and restaurants. I am the on site manager and enjoy making sure our guests feel at home. All our apartments here in Echo Park come with washer Dryer in unit and gourmet kitchen 'fully furnished from skillet to to blow dryer'.
Why the Owner Chose Los Angeles:
I bought my first place, a duplex in this area in 2002. I sold it to purchase our five plex deeper into the Canyon.
Our Location is in between Elysian Park and Cafe FIX yet just 1 mile of 4 freeways.
For people who want to live comfortably off the beaten path and still have easy access to most everything, this is the best location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
*A Coffee with my laptop on my private patio or at Fix
*Hiking in the Canyon with my dog.
*Walking to Sunset Blvd and enjoying ALL that is there.
