Why the Owner Chose Los AngelesI bought my first place, a duplex in this area in 2002. I sold it to purchase our five plex deeper into the Canyon. Our Location is quiet walking community of Echo Park 1.5 blocks of Elysian Park, 1/2 block of Cafe FIX, 1 mile of 4 freeways. For people who want to live comfortably off the beaten path and still have easy access to most everything, this is the best location.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome*A Coffee with my laptop at Fix *Hiking in the Canyon with my dog. *Walking to Sunset Blvd and enjoying ALL that is there. *Visiting Echo Park Gardens to see what's the latest.
Local Venue run by 2 well known lighting artist who are mostly hired to create lighting for some of LA's finer restaurants. However they also make some amazing lamps which are featured through out the Garden. This is what makes the Garden so spectacular!

My family and I share in the day to day needs of Managing our fully furnished Apartments here in Echo Park. We chose Echo Park due to it's central location near 4 freeways, wilderness Preserve, shops and restaurants. I am the on site manager and enjoy making sure our guests feel at home. All our apartments here in Echo Park come with washer Dryer in unit and gourmet kitchen "fully furnished from skillet to to blow dryer".

We enjoyed our time in our apartment immensely. The herb garden, private patio & late afternoon barbeques created a sense of home we tried to recreate here, after we left.
Owner response:Mark, Tak and their dog JAM (Japanese American Male) kept extending their stay and lived @ Baxter 5 for almost a year. They were wonderful tenants - sourly missed when they departed. Thanks for a lovely stay. A shame you don't rent it out long term unfurnished. With the open feel and the views. This apartment set the bar really high. It was impossible to find anything that compares.
