Why the Owner Chose Indian Rocks Beach
We first started vacationing in Clearwater about four years ago to watch our son during Phillies Spring Training in March. One summer he played for the Clearwater Threshers, so we made frequent trips to see him play. We really enjoyed the Clearwater area and the beautiful beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. We began to consider buying a condominium so we would have a place to stay & vacation anytime of year. We chose Indian Rocks Beach because of its relaxed family-like atmosphere, beautiful beach, and great restaurants, shops and convenience stores. My husband enjoys playing golf at nearby courses, and fishing rentals are also nearby with a tackle shop just across the street. Indian Rocks Beach is very close to Clearwater Beach where you will find tourist attractions and exciting night life activities. There is easy access to the city of Clearwater, and Tampa Bay is just across the causeway.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our Condominium is on the top 5th floor level of a 16 unit building. Being a smaller complex, there is more space for you to enjoy at the heated pool & hot tub, cabana, and BBQ grills. The view from the large private balcony really has an "Americana" flavor. The condo has a warm Florida cottage decor with a fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer in the unit. Quick easy beach access is just steps beyond the pool area, and no street to cross.

This store is one mi. south on Gulf Blvd at 4th Ave. It is like a mini-walmart for vacationers, but doesn't have a pharmacy. For pharmacies, CVS & Walgreens located 2 mi. east on Walsingham Rd/688.

My husband and I live in Murfreesboro, TN, near the great country music city of Nashville! We have lived in Tennessee for over 20 years and raised our son and daughter here. Our daughter will graduate in Dec. from MTSU with a degree in Broadcast Communications. After a stint in prof. baseball with the Phillies, our son will graduate in Dec. from GA Tech with a degree in Management. We enjoy traveling abroad, as well as within the U.S., Christian ministry, golf, working at our farm, hunting, and spending time with our family. We love vacationing at beach locations because of the beauty and tranquility of the ocean, the stunning sunsets, and rejuvenating beach walks.
