Enjoy the top floor view of the Gulf of Mexico and spectacular sunsets from a large private balcony. Heated pool and hot tub with cabana and 3 gas grills on property. Under building parking space available and easy access to elevator. The white sandy beach is only steps from the pool. Pool decking was resurfaced with brick pavers and pool cabana/bath house was renovated in Fall 2009.
Sand Castle North is a small complex in the center of Indian Rocks Beach. You can walk to many local restaurants, tackle shop, nail salon, ice cream shop, convenience mart and surf shop. Walk to Kolb park with children's playground, tennis courts, shuffle board and basketball court. Retail shopping, grocery stores, cinema, and golf courses a short drive away. This is an ideal place for families or anyone desiring an easy going atmosphere.
Lovely Florida decor will make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Condo repainted and redecorated in Fall 2009. King size and Queen size mattress sets purchased in 2009. Carpet replaced in January 2010. New dining room and living room furniture January 2011. Cable TV and high speed internet, washer and dryer in the condo, fully equipped kitchen. Beach chairs are available for your use.

Why the Owner Chose Sandcastle North
We first started vacationing in Clearwater about six years ago. We really enjoyed the Clearwater area and the beautiful beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. We decided to purchase a condo on the beach because we really enjoyed the area so much. We chose Indian Rocks Beach because of its relaxed family-like atmosphere, beautiful beach and great restaurants. There are several nearby golf courses, boat and water sport rentals, and guided fishing trips. Indian Rocks Beach is very close to Clearwater Beach where you will find tourist attractions and fun night life activities. Nearby cities are Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our Condominium is on the top 5th floor level of a 16 unit building. Being a smaller complex, there is more space for you to enjoy at the heated pool & hot tub, cabana, and BBQ grills. The view from the large private balcony really has an "Americana" flavor. The condo has a warm Florida cottage decor with a fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer in the unit. Quick easy beach access is just steps beyond the pool area, and no street to cross. One block away is Kolb Park with 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, playground and shuffle board.

My husband and I live in Murfreesboro, TN, near the great country music city of Nashville! We have lived in Tennessee for over 20 years and raised our son and daughter here. Our daughter graduated in Dec. '09 from MTSU with a degree in Broadcast Communications, and is a newlywed. Our son played professional baseball with the Phillies organization, and graduated from GA Tech with a degree in Management. We enjoy traveling, Christian ministry, golf, our farm, our friends, hunting, and spending time with our family. We love vacationing at beach locations because of the beauty and tranquility of the ocean, the stunning sunsets, and rejuvenating beach walks.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this lovely condo. The listing's pictures are accurate, but don't really live up to the comfortable, relaxing, and clean condo this really is. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching dolphins swim by. There was plenty of room for our five adult party. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking to rent a condo right on the beach. The owners were great, everything about the rental process went smoothly and all my questions were answered in a timely fashion. Thank you so much, we had a great time!

We had never rented a condo in Florida before so we were a little nervous about the process and the possibilities of being scammed. This condo was just as advertised. We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and well maintained. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. It felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed fantastic views of the beach and sunsets from the balcony. We also enjoyed multiple walks on the beach everyday. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub, both being clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this condo to others. Our only complaint is that we had to leave the condo and come back to the cold and snowy weather.The process of renting the condo was very easy to do. We hope to have the opportunity to go back to the condo again. Thank you Suzan and Gary for renting us your condo. We thoroughly enjoyed it and it made for a great family vacation! Joanne & Gary

We had a wonderful stay and were not disappointed. The pictures and write up were exactly what we found. Being on the 5th floor gives a great view of the beach and sunsets and also affords privacy. We have been coming to this area for the last 7 years and this is one of the nicest condos we have found. We will certainly keep Suzan and Gary's contact information for our next visit. We found a restaurant we visited on Jim's birthday and would recommend it if you enjoy authentic Italian cuisine... all fresh and everything made on site. It is Cesare's on the Beach in Clearwater Beach. Go north on Beach Bl and after going over bridge you turn left at the 1st light. Cesare's is on the right side as you make the turn.

I write this as we are sitting in the unit. We have been coming to this unit for over 15 years. It was starting to show its age. Since you took possession of this unit the change has been wonderful. New furniture, appliances and freshening up has made it much nicer to stay in. It has everything you need and then more. We booked through an agency here who have been very good too. We plan to continue our vacations here.

This was one of the biggest highlights of my life...we celebrated our 50 Anniversary and it was so divine....wish I could do it all over again...the condo is just exactly like it is stated...maybe better...walking distances to many nice restaurants...my favorite was the beautiful sunsets....loved it...loved it...would highly recommend....thanks Suzan for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo....

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner was very easy to work with and was very responsive to our questions. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed hearing the sounds of the sea and seeing the gulf "ocean" right from our bedroom and living room too! The decor of the condo was wonderful - very bright and cheery with lots of extra that many places don't have. The kitchen was well equipped but with so many wonderful restaurants a short drive away we rarely cooked in! The pool and hot tub were wonderful additions. We enjoyed our stay so much we are already talking of returning next year. You can't beat it for location and amenities both inside and out!

Hi Suzan We are having a wonderful time at your condo. It is perfect for us. I love seeing the beautiful waters from our bedroom and the living room too! We've gone to a Pirates game in Bradenton, tomorrow we see a Nat's game (our home team). We've seen Ybor city, had dinner at Berns Steak House (worth every calorie), and a place my husband's dermatologist recommended called the Beach Bistro on a little island beach to the south. This after noon we play golf at Largo Golf Course and then dine at Guppy's. The weather has been perfect! We love the condo - it's very well kept and well appointed! It is going to be hard to go home on Saturday - back to rainy cold weather - in VA and WV. We are already talking of doing this again! Thanks! Kathleen

This was one great condo! It was very clean, comfortable and the view was amazing! There were so many things to do that were within walking distance. We are just finishing our week at this Sandcastle North condo. It has been a great value with plenty of room for six guests. The property was clean, well decorated, and the owner was very helpful. We would recommend this property in the future.
